I stayed in this hotel for second time now. It has an excellent location with great view for the rooms. The hotel staff is very courteous and polite. Further, the hotel is very large as it has two buildings - The Main and Garden Tower, it offers various options for different restaurants and cuisines. The rooms might be little small...

The view from the front desk and it's Koi Garden says it all about what to expect with the rooms that they have simplly exclusive with room service given via small private door near the enterence of my room as not to disturb the peace of the tenant even with the channels that i couldnt understand, who needs it if...

First of all, make sureyou are booked into the MAIN tower buildung, not at the garden tower. This building has not been renovated and its guest roosm are rather an impertimence to a visitor then a relaxing place to be! The rooms in the main buildung however are really nice and newly renovated and the size is ok for the...

Used to be one of the best in Tokyo no longer though. Rooms can be small, desks too small to work on and staff in restaurant speaks limited English or none at all but very clean and staff polite Housekeeping is excellent. And large choice of restaurants in good location with subway lines very near

A functional hotel in a good location. It isn't cheap for what you get and it has a bit of a 1970's feel. The garden is very nice but the hotel itself is a little tired. The local area is quite good so I would rate the location of the hotel quite high. The breakfast was quite average but the...

For the amount I paid, I wasn't particularly thrilled with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a room at a high floor, I had a decent view. All in all, I've stayed at much nicer places for less, and I was surprised at the little things. Pro: Internet was free in my room via cable connection....

After travelling across Japan we stayed a last night in Tok¥o and chose the New Otani Hotel. A very bad choice! Check-in was fast- only arriving in the room we realised that they put us in a smoking room - even tough we wrote in the reservation that we needed a non smoking room. Going back to the reception, the...

After trying to find adjoining rooms in local/non-chain hotels in Tokyo, we finally turned to the New Otani. Although it was very large and hosted tour groups, airline crew and weddings, the location and service was very good and the multi-lingual staff made the stay easy. The many restaurants within the New Otani were tasty but very expensive. Decor was...

Pros: - Incredible views from both towers (Sky Bar is turning while you eat, buffet overpriced though) - Hotel garden is one of the best gardens in Tokyo (popular wedding spot) - A "grand" hotel with shops, overnight laundry etc. - Good beds - Totally quiet - Japanese toilet seats with spray etc. - 30+ restaurants within the one hotel!!!...

A tad dated and musty, but a very attentive staff and fairly good room accomodations. A sprawling complex, with many dining choices, albeit subpar. Satuarted with small boutiques throughout the complex that fail to draw any noticeable customer traffic. While a capital spend on freshining up the hotel is overdue, it would not deter me from future bookings..
