Kanda, Akihabara, Ochanomizu
Ochanomizu boasts its academic foundations starting with Yushima Seido, the birthplace of modern day Japanese education. The area has kept its college town feel with several university campuses. If you head towards Jinbocho, you'll find musical instrument and sports equipment shops, and an area of used bookstores for students and anyone interested in literature and the arts. Akihabara is well-known for its computer and electronic goods stores, and is now hugely popular as the must-visit mecca for people interested in anime and games. Kanda is an office district where you can find loads of reasonably priced izakayas popular with professionals who stop to eat and drink before making their way home.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot, we booked it with breakfast included. The location is perfect as it's approx. 10 minutes walking from Akihabara station, however there is even a closer station in which you can take the Ginza Line called Suehirocho and from

Its the typical small room but compact. I really like the experience of the Onsen but whether its authentic or not, I do value the experience. Customer service is also good. The guy helped us to get a ticket for the football match by accompanying the hubby to 711 beside it. Oh,

They advertise a "Hot Springs" onsen at the hotel. This is simply not true. On their roof is a Japanese style communal bath, but it's just hot tap water. It is NOT a hot springs, and not technically an "onsen". I felt deceived. They even put "hot springs" in their name.

The room I had was small, no doubt. It felt smaller because it was divided into an entry hall, bedroom, and bathroom. The bathroom is shower only and toilet (with washlet). The entry area had a sink with hot water maker, small refrigerator, and some cups and mugs. The bedroom is

They have both washing machines, and separate dryers. They are 2 separate machines. They had quite a few on the top floor, by the fake onsen. I don't remember if the soap was free (maybe automatic?), or buy it there... but there was soap/detergent for the washing machines.

I saw people both with and without swimsuits here, so I don't think it's an issue at this hotel.

Yes, it’s less than 5mins to be nearest station

I went early morning and was the only one present. There is no attendant to enforce the rule, but to be polite you should get something to cover it in case someone else comes in.
