Small hotel over a nice restaurant. It was near Arnhem, the end of our road trip, and an hour from Schiphol. The room and bath were typical European- size, small by US standards, but adequate. No TV (so what?) Very quiet. Nice neighborhood for walk. Handy parking area. Nice included breakfast in the restaurant.

I visited here in 2015 and came back with a group of friends in 2016. We had visited the War Cemetery in Oosterbeek and this restaurant is only a few minutes drive away. It's not in the middle but well worth the extra distance to get there - only a few KMs and easily walkable from the Airborne Museum. The...

Everything was ok but no more than that. Medium sized room and basis continental breakfast. Don't expect a warm welcome but just basic friendliness. Average in every way. It is a convenient location to explore Arnhem and the surrounding area.

I have visited this B & B for years now. It is very good and very affordable. Downstairs is a large restaurant with a huge terrace for sunnier days. The food and the service has always been excellent. The food is always a great joy to eat and the menu changes slightly with the seasons. I consider their mustard soup...

This B and B is upstairs from a pancake restaurant. The beds are big and very comfortable. The place is clean. It is also quiet once the restaurant closes at ten. We were here for a tour of the Battle of Arnhem and this was central to all of the sites.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights. De Oude Herbergh is a primarily a pancake restuarant which is popular with tourists and locals (always a good sign). Sanda and Miranda, the owners, were very welcoming and looked after us well. Continental breakfast was the same every day, but fresh and plentiful and they kept the coffee cups topped up. The...

This is the kids favorite spot to go out for dinner, everyone gets their favorite meal, great service, friendly host, good food and great access. The spot is in the middle of Operation Market Garden battlefield. There has been a Pancake house restaurant here for centuries, so a great location. My daughters from the USA will be staying here in...

Our host at Aan de Rijn B&B recommended we have dinner here when we said we wanted something traditional. It was very good! We each had the Pannenkoeken -- they were more than we could eat and delicious. Our waitress was very helpful and spoke English. There seemed to be lots of locals there, which is always a good sign!

I have to agree with a previous reviewer that Oude Herbergh is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Arnhem area. Our room was huge, more like a suite, extremely clean and newly decorated ( room 6 ). Breakfast was very good and the meals we had in the restaurant were very good too - it...

“Ask for room 5 and 6, they are the large, new ones and are the best. Some rooms (3, 4 and 6) are situated avove the terrace and could be noisey in the summer months if you want an early night.”

“Wifi appeared poor in room 4 but ok in room 3. Rooms were very quiet so got good nights sleep. Although De Oude Herbergh is next to a busy main road/roudabout it didn't affect sleep quality.”
