Welcome to the hotel in 2025. The New Year's Eve outdoor celebration was organized perfectly, lots of different food, a fun disco. The hotel also liked - sympathetic pleasant staff, very beautiful grounds, delicious variety of food in the restaurant (brunch and dinner were taken). But there were mosquitoes, you had to close the door at night and take a fumigator at the front desk. Interestingly, many spoke Russian in the hotel, shops and cafes.

On the buffet, you must taste the food first, choose not to be as spicy as Indians like. For breakfast, besides omelets and glaze, they made pancakes and waffles, there was milk and cereal, and there was rice and oatmeal. Many different drinks - juices fruit and vegetables, detox water, tea and coffee with milk, coffee from the coffee machine. And for some reason, there were no drinks for dinner, just standard water on the table. So the tea was then drank in the room (there was always clean water in the kettle and two more tanks)

At the beach and for lunch went to Sukorin's Cafe (where Russians and Europeans go), to the left just away from Kolva beach. The cafes there have their own private beaches free of charge to the public. The sea is very warm, the beach is sandy. Local exoticism - packs of dogs and solitary cows on the beach. But they're all very calm, don't approach people, don't stress much.

The hotel is not new, but quite acceptable. The room has a safe, hairdryer, fridge. The curtains on the windows are a complete blackout. There's a laundry dryer. The mattress and bed linen are in excellent condition. Towels in the room are good quality, snow white, but in quantity of 4 pcs per room (2 large, 1 for hands and 1 for feet). You can get beach towels at reception. Food in the restaurant: the choice of dishes is not great, but there is also spicy and not spicy. You can pick it to your taste. The staff is friendly. Cleaning quality is normal for Asia. There were no mosquitoes. They do the processing, during the processing the smell is not very good for a while, but nobody flies or bites. The pool is small, in the corner... I didn't like it. It's not far from the beach. In the center of the beach are many periods, step aside a little and nobody at all. Eating in Sucorin's neck. It's delicious.

The hotel is small but very cozy with friendly staff. Thank you very much to Fatima for your help with any life issues. Linens are changed daily, washed and ripped from morning to evening. Breakfasts are good, the chefs try very hard. Spending time at sea is recommended by Pinocold, homemade cozy and delicious. Thanks to Alex, Diego's master. Cafés zuccurino do not recommend , brazen and complicit to deception.

Holidayed in this hotel as a family from late December to mid-January. A beautiful hotel for India. The numbers are a little old, but not critical.
The food is great! For Europeans, a beautiful breakfast: porridge, muesli, fruit, omelets, waffles, pancakes, pastries. Also a lot of Indian cuisine.
All requests are fulfilled on first call, nothing has to wait long.
It's literally 2 minutes to the sea. The necks in the blowjobs 10 are the best starters, don't stop in the closest.
A separate New Year's Eve respect. An endless amount of food, a huge selection of European cuisine: hot, salads, seafood, desserts, fruit. Unlimited free European alcohol.
Be vigilant, record all food and drink supplements at the reception desk for signature, so that at the end you are not told that you did not "pay" for them.
Thanks for the great reception!

This property is situated in close proximity to Colva Beach, offering a delightful experience. The friendly staff, efficient housekeeping, well-appointed in-room amenities, and engaging activities for both children and adults contribute to a positive stay. The grounds are impeccably maintained, enhancing the overall appeal. Special recognition goes to Riya and Ramzan for their commendable efforts in keeping the little ones entertained at The Hub, allowing parents to unwind.

However, the only drawback lies in the food department. Despite a varied spread, the taste falls short of expectations. While the property excels in various aspects, there is room for improvement in elevating the culinary experience to match the overall high standards.

Drove in November. Didn't have time to put the suitcase in yet, they immediately asked for our chocolate🤣. So bring your treats. The room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the edges of the sea and the sunset. There are no windows, only a balcony door, so there are no mascot nets, leaving the mosquito open overnight. The bushes are being treated, but in the evening the mosquitoes were still planting. Of the whole switz table, only milk porridge was eaten, pineapples, watermelons, doughnuts and omelets were ordered. If you want coffee, ask for black coffee, otherwise they'll bring it with milk, just like tea. Too bad there were no juices. The room has everything to eat, the hairdryer too. Water in thermace, kettle, countess with water. Fan, air conditioning. Shampoo, balm, shower gel, cream, tooth. brush and paste, razor. They didn't go to the pool, only the kids swam. They don't wear a swimsuit, swim in clothes. There's billiards, a nursery. The grounds are very beautiful. Cleaning the room every day, changing linens and towels. If no frogs, chipmunks, zingers, monkeys have been seen. The beach central people are full, everyone came to take pictures with us. There are many cafes, but no showers, changing rooms or toilets. If you leave to the left, there will be a cafe Sukorin, there is definitely everything for leisure organized, and even rescuers of the locals are driving away so as not to disturb tourists. Entrance to the water of the beef (as we have on the Volga), white sand, live molluscs, crabs. You can't swim after sunset. I'm not really tanned, probably because of the heavy smog. Outside the hotel, a Russian-speaking taxi driver offered excursions and drove us to the airport, a very pleasant man, helped us with a guide in Delhi.

The property fails to come up to Club Mahindra label .

The property is located close to Colva beach , but the access roads are in bad shape with hardly any direction signs . The property cuts corners on amenities in the guest rooms as well as washrooms by not providing mineral water bottles or tooth brush/tooth paste/comb/hair caps/shampoos etc in the washrooms . The block had a foul smell emanating for reasons not clear . Food costs are enormously expensive :( In the meal plan, costs of hi tea in the evening were advised to be included , but in the name of hi-tea ,one cup of tea and one kachori was provided on the first day and just one cup of tea on the second ! No performances in the evening as prominently advertised at the entrance to the resort , but musician Daniel made it up by regaling the diners at Ripples with old Hindi movie songs on his guitar when I joined him as well by signing with him .

Goa is always a leisurely holiday destination and this small resort by Club Mahindra is quaint and charming with just room for 60 pax. All are hotel units, it has a modest sized pool and an activity centre with Table tennis, Pool and other games. The restaurant's buffet is quite popular but is expensive. A family of 4 ends up shelling out almost Rs 5000/- per day. You will benefit of you are a Club Mahindra members you are entitled to some discounts. The people here are eager to be of assistance, starting from the receptionists, to waiters, to guards to chefs. There is a sense of ownership with which the staff behaves with the guests. It was pouring at the time and we were constantly given umbrellas for going back and forth.
The food is adequate. Nothing fancy but enough variety. We had ordered room service once and realised that the portion sizes are smaller for room service.
The beach is close by. A 5 minute walk takes you to Colva beach which is a favourite amongst tourists. The sunset point is further ahead but reaching there will cost you Rs 500 for a round trip by an auto.
It was a relaxed holiday and the resort was just the size we wanted.

Acacia Palms, Goa was an excellent trip. The staff at Club Mahindra made it a memorable experience for us. Right from check in to check out, every small detail was taken care of. The staff were extremely courteous. Special mention to Lourdes, Sybel, and Fatima at the front desk. Suprabhat, Amarender, Ajay, and the chefs and staff at the restaurant were extremely gracious in their service. Sunita and her team at housekeeping were extremely prompt and ensured sanitisation of the rooms.
Overall this was a delightful experience.
