Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
I have booked in the mid of September 2024. The part of the resort is under renovation. The resort is based at best location. The house keeping staff and the hotel staff is very co-operative.
I have booked this stay for a very special occasion and ordered an in house cake from chef Silvyy. The case tasted awesome means it was made from natural fruits. Also , informed housekeeping staff to decorate the room, and the same was done peacefully as per my suggestions.
The vegetarian food is tasty but its very very costly and the quantity is very less as compared to the cost.
The hotel management specially the old uncle at the reception doesn't know the way to talk to customers. Ha has behaved very rudely. I have booked this resort before 2-3 months i.e. well in advance and requested specially for 1st floor room. However, after placing so much requests also we were given ground floor room and the people checkin on the same day after us, they were given 1st floor rooms of the same category. There's no system of early checkin but you get checkin late even after reaching early. During our entire stay, we continuously placed complaints for wifi not working, however, the reception old guy told us that the wifi is not included in your package and the same is complimentary, so it can work or not. So all days during our stay wifi was not available. Also there's network issue in rooms. The parking spaces doesn't have a shade so the vehicles gets heated so much that we were not able to sit in the vehicle for atleast 10-15 mins and we used to on the AC and keep the doors open for the hot air to move out. Parking was really a task at the resort as the night security guards didn't know the way to talk.

Literally less than 100 metres from the beach, this hotel is perhaps one of the closest hotels to the beach in Goa.
We happened to stay in this hotel for 2 nights for a wedding. The best and one reason you should stay in this hotel because it’s so close to the beach. Please take first floor sea view room and you can have a expansive view of the sea from your bed or balcony. There are at least 3 shacks out side the hotel and you can enjoy fresh sea food. There are also good quality private taxis waiting just outside the hotel and very reasonable prices. There’s no need to book a taxi through the hotel you can just book one yourself and save money. The hotel can be of 3 star quality but the rooms and especially the toilets are very modern and of 5 star quality. They have just one restaurant for breakfast….. the lawn is excellent where parties and weddings functions take place.

Had an awesome stay from 12th to 16th Aug 2023 at this superbly located hotel property. Fantastic location right in front of Colva beach, decent Arabian Luxury room with all basic amenities like LCD tv, tea coffee maker, mini fridge, bathroom with glass separated shower area - everything working perfectly fine. Breakfast was included in the package and was decent in variety on all 4 days me and my family stayed here. A decently sized pool to have some good time. All in all a very satisfying stay and definitely recommend assuming they keep improving their service in below given con areas.
Some cons I observed -
1. For the room charges at this hotel, comparatively there are no other facilities like spa, game room etc. out here for fun time. At this price (6k + child charges extra per day) I would have expected a lot more.
2. Even though the breakfast food was having good variety, most of the menu items lacked taste to our liking. As a reason we never had a lunch/ dinner here as there are many good veg/nonveg options available nearby within 1-2 kms range.
3. There was renovation work going on in a section which was luckily cordoned off but still was a bit of downsider for people staying there, I would feel.

This is the worst resort we have ever stayed in…we paid 11500 for two nights which were horrible as hell…the rooms doesn’t have proper mattress they put a degraded mattress and on top of it they put two toppers which will make your back pain like hell…on requesting at the front desk 100 times to put extra mattress for the kid and charge for the same we are ready to pay they will never ever put an extra mattress…the room conditions are worse the washrooms are bad …door latches are broken for that they didn’t do anything we slept with the doors open for two nights…the staff is stubborn and rude like hell managers are in competent …worse to worse service from the staff we have ever received from any hotel…not professional at all…they will be deaf to your complaints as if it doesn’t matter to them at all…for room changing they showed us a room which was even more bad….they made our stay so bad that we had a very bad experience of our vacation our time money mood everything was wasted….they bedsheets and the linen is dirty and smells bad as if no laundry is done for that….I recommend never to waste your hard earned money on this property it will be dusted in trash… Sadly very disappointed with the service and staff of the hotel. What was shown was not the actual image in reality….. As we see the images on google we expect a private beach with less crowd and some peaceful vibes but in reality it is a beach where fishing activities takes place and many fishermen work on their boats and dry fishes are stored too due to that there is a lot of smell of dry fishes it is stinking everywhere outside….so not at all a private beach and secondly the room service is pathetic they didnt not co operate well nor did they welcome us great us….no one to greet or welcome the receptionist was too arrogant and didnt co operate well….. …..very poor service and disappointing dont expect some professionalism…. I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but my recent stay at Longuinhos Beach Resort was deeply disappointing and worth sharing to caution others. Goa is our annual Christmas retreat, and this year marked our 6th visit to the beach paradise. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations.
1. Check-In Chaos: Despite requesting early check-in for our anniversary on December 25th, we weren’t accommodated. Arriving at 11:30 am, we were told to return by 1:30 pm, only to find the entire front desk staff on a lunch break! After waiting 45 minutes, we finally got our room at 2:15 pm still not prepared adequately.
2. Room Issues: The premium Room #500, their costliest option, had water leakage, a noisy Jacuzzi, and a non-functional bathroom TV. Daily fruit bowls were promised but delivered only once with overripe bananas.
3. Service Gaps: On Day 2, room service forgot to replace towels and coffee sachets, sending an excessive bowl of supplies when we only asked for a few sachets.
4. Checkout Disaster: Our flight was delayed, and we requested an extended checkout. The front desk manager rudely declined, citing full bookings which was untrue, as rooms were reportedly available. Worse, he mentioned he had to sweep floors due to staff shortages, an excuse that reflects poor management, not our responsibility. We spent hours in common areas with a restless 6-year-old, leaving us with a sour end to our stay.
When you pay a premium price, basic services and courtesy should be a given. Sadly, Longuinhos Beach Resort failed to deliver on both. If you’re considering staying here, beware you might end up paying top dollar for subpar service and a lackluster experience.

In the name of Beach resort they are looting the customers. The standard of hospitality is very poor and standard of food quality is low compared to the price of the individual items and Fake people! They also provide invisible food bill which can't be readable even if you are not drunk and they charge as they wish...in my 2 days of stay I have seen every family walks out with horrible experience and Quarreling for the hospitality & bill settlements. I would not recommend this property for family or Stay.
Stinking Rooms, AC and Bathroom lights not working, wash basin is chocked, showers not working properly (you may get hot water skin burn..not the sun burn)and they close the beach access doors early to loot the customers by Food bill!
Also the surrounding location is not clean and you cant walk around those places with your family where there are lot of street dogs and filthy roads. Still if some one want to visit this resort its up to the individual to experience all the negative views in this forum. Which are very much true based on my experience.

Pathetic experience. We booked for a deluxe sea room in August which was charged @13000 per night. The first floor room given to us only have a window for sea view but just after the window there is unfinished balcony type structure which is always dirty. This takes away the desire of sitting at the room and unpleasant sea view experience. The opposite side of entrance door of the room is terrace which is filled with junk items and thus very unpleasant and unsettling scene. While the boast of having a spa in the property, they actually don’t have one. They probably had it before COVID but not now. The service is even worse. The staff at the reception here are unaffected by the guest plight and doesn’t have any human touch. The room has granite table tops and when we entered the room all tables, floor were watery. We called the housekeeping guys for cleaning but they didn’t came for 20 minutes and I had to call again at the reception and the reception guy said why would you need housekeeping guy.. strange to hear such comments. The hotel doesn’t provide with comb. I had to go to a shop about 1km to purchase one. The service is really sloppy and much below standard. The breakfast here is also very limited. The spread is very limited and they have live counter for eggs only… no dosa or uttapam. I would not recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money by staying at this property.

In all means this is a wonderful place to spend your time off. The resort has direct access to beach Staffs are well behaved. Receptionist always keep smiling and his manager Surojit is always ready to help rooms are sea facing swimming pool is nicely maintained you can enjoy a peaceful time here. If I have to visit Goa again this would be my first priority for Stay. The restaurant offers a range of cuisines which are really mouth watering and tempting

I recently had the misfortune of staying at what can only be described as the worst resort in Goa. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to save others from making the same mistake.
The resort's exterior was worn down, with paint peeling off the walls and unkempt gardens. The lobby was dimly lit and had a musty odor that instantly put me off. The check-in process was excruciatingly slow, with the staff displaying a remarkable lack of professionalism and courtesy.
To top it off, the location of the resort was far from the lively beaches and attractions that Goa is famous for.
This meant spending a considerable amount on transportation to reach any desirable destinations.
The lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and attentive staff made it a trip that I wish I could forget. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay in Goa to steer clear of this resort and explore other, more reputable options. It's a shame that such establishments continue to operate and tarnish the reputation of an otherwise beautiful destination.
Please don't visit it...totally waste of money and best to spoil your vacation

The stay at this resort has been quote disappointing because of the below points 1. On the day of arrival the entire place was smelling like a fish market. Even the room was smelling like cigarette. While complaining about the same they assured to provide room spray but didn't. 2. A bottle of coke costs ₹240. While asking to take it back they said they can't as it is already entered in their system. A system of a hotel whose name none has even heard of. Shameful! 3. They will only provide Coffee in a pot of two cups. I asked for a single cup only and requested them to take the money accordingly, they said they can give a cup of coffee but that will cost of a pot only which is of two cups. They can't play with the price or their so called system. It seems they follow a rule book where system entry is more important and crucial than customer satisfaction. 4. The cups they provide with each room to be kept in room only. I put them outside after having coffee, housekeeping took it but while checking out they were asking us if we have taken it. Be ready to face any allegation or don't use their utensil as they will take it back from your room for cleaning and later they will blame you only. 5. Wifi is horrible. Don't plan to work from there. 2-3 mbps speed is also not attained consistently. 6. The beach access from 7am to 7pm. Not a private beach where you can go anytime.
@hotel team, please learn to be more customer friendly and show some respect to your customers.

Hi, We do have fish smell on rare occasions, and have acknowledged the same online. If you don't want to take a chance, you can walk in and than decide.
There are more places to choose from in the Colva area.
