We had never stayed in a Eurostars chain hotel before and were very pleasntly surprised - perhaps because the hotel was primarily aimed at business clientel and it was September we got a very good price - which because of special offers actually dropped significantly before our arrival. The room although a little on the small side was very comfortable,...

Stayed Friday to Monday. We arrived an hour early at the hotel so they put our bags in a holding room next to reception. The reception area looked new, not much going on, the bar / cafe area was closed which we found strange. Since the bar / cafe was closed and we had an hour to kill we went...

We decided to stay here last minute as we were staying in El Campello and we wanted a nighht in Alicante and realised this was not much more expensive than getting a taxi. Room was spotless with great facilities. Comfortable bed. Everything you need for a good one night stay.

The hotel is centrally located which allows easy access to all attractions and a short walk to the beach. Very clean & very friendly staff. Hotel is more functional and perhaps suitable for business trips rather than a leisure break. Coffee bar in reception was never open. Reception was only ever staffed by one person which led to long delays...

booked in for 3 nights on the way to Playa Flamenca, asked for no smoking and double bed but ended up with a twin with ash tray and matches provided! We only stayed 2 nights as it was not a holiday hotel in my opinion it was very cold and clinical and the coffee bar was always shut. On a...

Hotel location is great centrally located to city center, historic district and within easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars and beach. Room is clean, bathrooms are spacious. Stayed 3 days and on one morning had no hot water. Lobby is kept very dark, maybe they are conserving electricity. There is a bar in the lobby but it is never...

Went to Alicante for a a four nite break with my sisters & niece & agonised over the Mediteranea or the Lucenteum (both sister hotels) & guess what we picked the best one by a mile! Checkin: Upon arrival at 12noon the rooms were not ready (check-in is 16.00) but we were happy to wait as we requested two rooms...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights... A long weekend away to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was very nice, comfortable, modern & fantastic value for money! I'd recommend this to anyone who would like a short stay in Alicante. I don't think the hotel has enough facilities for a long stay eg.. Gym v small, no bar, etc...

We had no complaints whatever with our three night weekend stay. Having read the reports here we emailed ahead and asked for a non smoking room on a high floor at the front of the hotel, and this is exactly what we got. Room 1007 on the 10th floor overlooking the Mercado building. The room was large, well equipped with...
