Booked this hotel with our Jet 2 flights to Alicante. Hotel clean and staff were friendly had a room on the 8th floor and there were 3 lifts so not a problem. Room was clean but basic, we had maid service daily with clean towels. No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom

Very good food and helpful cheerful staff.
Only stayed for 3 nights but found plenty to do and see.
As previously mentioned definitely recommend the C6 bus to and from the airport.
We stayed full board but found drinks prices in hotel reasonable and not really any more expensive

Spent 3 nights here with my 14 year old son in August. Nice big room, enjoyed our breakfast and lots of relaxing by the pool. Went out to little local restaurants for lunch and dinner. Would definitely stay again.

After reading some of the other reviewers before we went I was expecting more. The hotel was clean and most of the staff where friendly and helpful. Had our room changed to 712 where we had a view of the sea instead of someone’s kitchen. There was a strict rule of no food or dri

Hi , can anyone remember the breakfast and evening meal sitting times ? Also what was the mix of nationalities at the Hotel. thanks in advance ! Christopher
The hotel is a mix of all Europeans, mainly parties of corporate reunions and conference personnel. I.e. it did not suit my wife and me who were expecting a more traditional European holiday atmosphere. I can’t recall meal times but they were similar to all other hotels.
