This was my second visit and I wasn't disappointed. I had a refurbished room on the 5th floor and it was lovely overlooking the harbour - the higher up you are the later the sun sets! Half way through my 12 night stay I had to be moved as there was a plumbing problem - I was upgraded to a...

We stayed 2 nights on The Level. Beautiful modern room that gave direct access to the private sun terrace and small (still freezing) pool. The lounge is very comfortable with nice complimentary offerings all day.......but stand out is the service of the staff who cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable.

Hotel is well-located between the beach and marina in Alicante. We were upgraded to a lovely spacious suite with 2 bathrooms, bedroom and lounge area. Nice big balcony looking out over the sea. Very quiet only sound the waves. Good location only 5 mins walk to the lift which takes you up to castle. Didn't use any of the hotel...

We booked this hotel as a change from the usual resort hotels . It is a decent standard probably 4 star hotel in an excellent location for Alicante city centre. It is more of a business hotel than a holiday hotel and was pretty full of delegates the whole week . In itself not a problem except that there are approx...

Before i describe anything else I'd like to bring attention to the great staff and employees of the Hotel, reception was more helpful then i'd ever expect the to be and really went above and beyond in what they do. To give credit when is due, Receptionist name Elena should quite frankly be awed for her customer service skills... and...

I expected more from this 4-star hotel. It's all a bit sloppy, endlessly long corridors, the waiters do not speak English, maids forget to leave the kettle, the second shampoo, the third time, body milk, the fourth time milk for coffee. Two people get the same room, an embarrassing situation for both, and not once a day but twice.

We stayed here for 5 nights in March 2017, it was our first visit. It's in a great location right on the beach and perfectly placed for the old town and the marina. Reception and check in were fine, very friendly. We were given a room on the 4th floor overlooking the marina and it was all right. If we...

There is nothing that can beat the location of this hotel, absolutely nothing!!! Located in the port, by the beach and near all attraction. The service and the attitude of its staff is regular of any hotel, although some are outstanding, like Miss Maria Tomas of the Level Club. The downside, after I sent my clothes to the laundry and...

Stayed here just one night on visit to city. Car parking very expensive, 18 euro a night. Room good size, view of harbour, bed comfortable. Didn't eat in, breakfast extra. This hotel in brilliant location for harbour, castle, city centre and beach.

All fine just as an English person - tea facilities would be nice and nicer lounge area would be good with music and not football and an earlier dinner in the restaurant rather than the bar would have been good. But not to moan overall I enjoyed the stay.
