We too had a little difficulty finding the hotel but when we did, what a lovely surprise! Lluis, the manager, couldn't be more welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. We loved that we were the only English guests in the hotel/restaurant as we much prefer to learn about the area, its history and traditions and mix with the locals,... More

No longer surrounded by fields, as the town has grown around it in the last ten years, this 'restaurant with rooms' stands like an island high above a car showroom. It can be hard to find. The rooms are clean and simple, with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and WiFi connection. The restaurant is popular with local people, offering... More

Do not be put off while driving through a rather industrial looking area. Admittedly the back area looks towards some rather unattractive apartments but the front patio looks up at the beautiful Monserrat(serrated mountain). Montserrat would be your main reason for staying here, to see the abbey and the unusual mountain. Lluis our host was most charming together with good... More

We booked two nights at this B & B because the reviews were good--what a mistake! We arrived surrounded by industrial/commercial businesses all the way up the hill. It is definitely a rustic 1870's farm house. Although the restaurant looked promising, the rooms were frightening. The owner showed us what can best be described as " the dungeon room". No... More

Really nice rural place, located a bit in the outskirt of an industrial area, but which doesn't break its charm. We used it as our home base to explore the area by car for climbing. Nice rooms and overall very characterful place. The best of it all, is its friendly owner and the food in the restaurant is highly recommendable.... More

We used this hotel as a 2 day stop-over on our road trip from Ireland. It is on the outskirts of an industrial/commercial area which we knew before booking. However, you wont notice this during a stay there. Our room was clean and well presented, had plenty of hot water for the shower & bath. It had air con, TV... More
