We have been using the services of this hotel around ten years, twice a year, and always having a smooth check in and check out, very good room cleanliness and services. The buffet breakfast and the morning hotel taxi service to CIS area included in the package, are the two top services of this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during a short holiday and we were delighted when we found it online as it was between Naples city and places like Salerno and amalfi. They advertise that they have shuttles going from the hotel to the airport, unfortunately by this they meant they would organise a taxi for you and this is where we experienced problems. We ended up having to get a 15 minute taxi from a nearby train station to the hotel which cost us €60. The taxi driver would not speak directly to us and told us we would have to book through the hotel. Trying to get anywhere was a nightmare as they told us the closest train station was far too long away to walk to and that we would have no choice but to get taxis. We were quoted €130 for a one way taxi to a neighbouring town. We decided to have a look online and found that that there was a train station 30 minutes walk away (s.vitaliano train station) where we could get a train to Nola and from there be able to get a train to almost anywhere. I was disappointed that the hotel had chosen not to mention this and couldn’t help but feel they were taking advantage of the fact we were unfamiliar with our surroundings to allow local taxis to charge us ridiculously high rates. I am not writing this review just to complain about the hotel but to advice any future guests that it is possible to get a train from close by to save them hassle and money. Besides this issue the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the cleaning staff that we ran into on our second day were absolutely lovely. The restaurant staff were also lovely. The staff at front of desk were helpful at times but also came across as cold and uninterested at other times. Overall, if we had been given the correct info in regards to travel I would have given the hotel a 4/5 but unfortunately that was not the case.

The Ferrari Hotel is what I would call, a hidden gem. It is a very clean, beautiful, updated hotel with a wonderful, new plunge pool that came in handy during the heat wave we had, while we were on vacation last month. It also has a gym that has various weights and equipment to meet your daily workout needs. Also, it is centrally located to many of Italy’s beautiful sites to visit. It’s 20 mintutes from Naples and within an hours’ drive to Sorrento, Pompei, Mt Vesuvius, the Royal Palace of Caserta, etc. I have stayed in many hotels but I have never met such wonderful people like the hotel staff that works at the Ferrari Hotel. They make you feel not only welcomed, but treat you like family. We stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and the food and wine in their restaurant was spectacular. They are very accommodating to all of your needs. All in all, we give this hotel 5 stars and look forward to going back next year. ~The Iossa's

We stayed here for a night on our Italy road trip after the day in Pompeii. We wanted to avoid the crazy mess of driving in Naples so picked this hotel. The reception clerk upon check in was very nice and friendly and check in was a breeze. On our way to the room the corridors were a bit dark but the hotel is trying it's part to save energy and contributes to a greener planet so that's okay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was a bit squeaky but that was okay. We had breakfast with our stay and there was a nice selection of foods at the buffet to chose from. The breakfast attendant was not as friendly as the check in clerk but I think this may have been a language barrier thing as our Italian goes as far as politeness and pleasantries. Hotel had onsite parking which was great for us. We didn't explore the area around us as we had been awake for a long time so just wanted to go to sleep when we got there but it didn't look like there was much going on in the general vicinity of the hotel. Would recommend for a short stop over if traveling the country by car. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

not a very pleasant part of italy and the staff seem to mirror that not very helpful and not around much. most of the time we were there the place was dark and there were considerably few guests i think maybe one other party came down to breakfast. the area surrounding the hotel is industrial not much of a safe place to go to as there is not very clear footpaths the hotel does do a shuttle servie to the airport for 55 euro which is very expensive for a 30 minute trip

We booked the room for two nights with Air Miles. This is the first hotel that we booked through Air Miles that had a separate section for people who booked through Air Miles and other such plans. We went to the main section of the hotel and it appeared to be nicer that the section we were it. Our room was spacious, had a fridge, very clean and nicely decorated. This section was at the front of the hotel so we had a balcony that we could sit out on and view the mountains. The bathroom was a decent size but looked a little dated, it could have done with a face lift. We received some towels that should have been discarded. They were the white towels with the purple stripe. Those towels appeared to have been well used and not very clean (looked grey), while the pure white towels appeared to be newer. We received a mixture of towels on both days. The the hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The two gentlemen in the dining room were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, there were a variety of fresh pastries, meats, cheeses, juices, egg, yogurt and lots of fresh fruit. We (Air Miles) had to pay a very small fee for breakfast but it was well worth it. Breakfast is free for the other guests, We had a car so the free parking was nice.

As we are travelling throughout Italy, we have come to expect a different kind of hotel experience than what I am used to travelling within the US and Canada. The hotel Ferrari decides to break the mold. We selected a hotel off the path, and was extremely concerned about getting around. The hotel ended up being extremely accommodating, with staff members like Lorenzo, Christian and Noemi at the front desk who was not only our host but ensured that our Italian adventure was met with ease. Getting around they introduced us to Sabotino who was able to tour us to the different destination we needed to go to for a small price. The hotel felt luxurious as compared to what we had been exposed to during our stay, and it was only enhanced because of the spectacular staff at this very clean and inviting hotel. I knew that I had to immediately write a review because of how happy this place made my lovely wife. For business or pleasure I would highly recommend you stay here.
