One of the worst experience we have ever had, we actually regret that we did our family function their in Black Stone Banquet. A/C not working, was absolutely in bad condition and though the banquet has been recently renovated. Attitude of the management was Non flexible & Rude. Lack of adequate staff for serving food to the guest and mostly are unprofessional and inexperienced. For small small things we have to run behind the Banquet people for the arrangements. Lack of adequate parking space. Would advise to please avoid visiting this Banquet.

This hotel is located behind Radisson hotel Kaushambi , I have visited this place twice to attend events organised by my employer, This hotel provides excellent guest service and the staff is very friendly. It's around 2 kms away from kaushambi metro station and at a walking distance from Raddison hotel kaushambi, it is located in kaushambi (Ghaziabad) which is adjacent to Delhi.
