Not sure how much of a difference this review will make, but I advise everyone to look for other options. Behaviour of their staff is Extremely cold, uncourteous, and customer unfriendly. Housekeeping service is extremely slow and uncaring. Even simple requests for water, towel, etc are not attended to. Their valet quietly broke my car's door handle and didn't say a word. Rooms are good, hotel is neat and clean, but what good is all that if the staff is not hospitable. Am not at all happy with this hotel. I Heard so much about Golden Tulip, but I'll avoid staying with them in the future.

I have stayed in golden tulip several times and I must say every time the reception staff was very polite and professional. Surprisingly I have seen Mr. Naveen in night shift every time when I checked in. He was very polite and welcoming & provide room bills according to my preference's Mr. Rajat from room service was also there whenever I called for ice bucket and food.I disturbed him a lot in night during my stay 😂. For future stay am expecting some discount in food and room. Sorry I am unable to recall every one's name but overall I enjoyed my every stay in the hotel , look forward to come again.

They are yet to learn behavioural and courteous etiquette of a hospitality industry. I found they don’t show respect to personal booking visitors and show insulting behaviour. They charge extra for kids but deny water and pillows and that too rudely. They bring things for room service but ask money first as if you will run away. The staff don’t answer anything politely but rudely. Reception and housekeeping staff doesn’t show basic courteous behaviour. * I am a frequent corporate traveler who traveled nearly all types of hotel chains in India and around the world. But sometimes also book hotels personally with family like this time.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days with my family, and we enjoyed our stay. I booked this place for my guests coming to my sister's marriage. Their stay was comfortable and no complaints were received. The banquet we booked was also nice and clean. A few suggestions are: increase the buffet menu for lunch, nearby hotels serve a much more lavish menu in the same price range. Tey to be more careful that rooms are ready at the check-in time.

Hotel Golden Tulip , Vasundhara , Delhi NCR is one of the best Hotel . I had booked Sapphire hall for Mehendy function and Senate Hall for Wedding functions and 16 rooms for stay of our relatives from 15 to 17 April 2022. I sincerely thank Hotel Golden Tulip and its Management team specially Mr.Reji Thankan for making exellent arrangements, providing prompt & courteous services all the time . The quality of food at their Cappers Hall , is superb. The variety of foods was of high quality , hygenic and very tasty at their cappers hall. The various departments of the hotel under seamless coordination of Mr.Reji rendered superb services. Their vendors who did decoration and provided DJ services are excellent . All my relatives who joined the functions from different cities , were highly impressed , very happy , fully enjoyed their stay and were highly delighted with all the services provided by the Hotel.
