We had booked two banquet halls on 4th floor and on 1st Floor in December 2019. Both the halls were quite spacious and well decorated. The staff was very very helpful and the food was great and liked by all our guests. The 08 rooms booked in the hotel on 3rd floor were also good and were liked by our guests.

It's been 4-5 years I have been visiting there but for the last about 3 months I have been visiting there 6-8 times in a month. But my girl has been saying that a guy in the staff is making comments to her that i saw and heard also and my girl stating this to me for last 6-7 visits and I made a oral complaint to the other staff members. But no action was taken but again the same guy made comments and teasing body gestures with smile to my girl. Even on last visit he chased my car and my girl told me that the said staff of hotel mukut regency is chasing our car from scooty. I BELIEVE THAT THE HOTEL MUKUT IS NOT SAFE FOR FEMALE ENTRY IN IT.

Hotel Mukut Regency is a beautiful Hotel in Vasundhara. Centrally Located with sprawling Lawn, which is superbly used during Marriage and such celebrations. Nice Air Conditioned Function Halls are an added advantage. The catering and room service is also up to the mark. The rooms are Big with ample natural light. Keep it up

Almost all the rooms had seepage problem. A peculiar smell persists inside the hotel. The tea served was good. But the staff is shady. You want to stay away from this property. The area around the hotel is also dimly lit.

This window less room was down the dim hallway along the dirty corners. Most of the pan was spread around the elevators and wall sides. Asking for basic amenities, guy (street dressed character, talking on the mobile) steps in with packet of soap and towel. AC was good, but I guess it was still early March and did not need that cooling. No place to eat in the hotel or in the vicinity. Unless you are part of marriage party or stuck like me, avoid this place.

Average food, good place for organizing parties like wedding etc. It was my family function for which we visited that place. Gaziabad is quite unsafe so think before u select. They provided good decoration facilities.

Checked in the hotel at 4 am .woke up at 8 am . I wanted to take a bath and there was no hot water .called reception and they asked me to wait and there was no hot water ,I went outside without a bath, came back in the afternoon and then I thought of taking bath , again no hot water .I called the reception and they asked me to wait (result no hot water and I went outside without a bath .. In the evening I asked for a blanket and there was no blanket from their side for 45 minutes , bedsheets were dirty and staff lacks normal basic manners .
