I am very happy with my stay at Sarovar.
I will rate my overall experience as positive and satisfying. The staff is very kind, food is amazing with numerous varities and property is very well maintained.
I didnot feel the need to ask the housekeeping for room cleaning everyday instead they used to clean it up, that too upfrontly. I would extend my gratitude to Manish(front office) who has been very kind and nice to me with all the process, be it hazzle free checkin or dealing with wifi issues or arranging cabs for commuting to workplace etc. I would definitely recommend Sarovar to my friends or colleagues.

I recently stayed at Mahagun Sarovar Portico and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent housekeeping services provided during my stay. The housekeeping staff was friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my room was clean and tidy.The room was cleaned daily with great attention to detail, and the linens and towels were changed regularly. I also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary toiletries and bottled water that were provided every day.Overall, I was very impressed with the housekeeping services at Mahagun Sarovar Portico. SUMIT at Front desk made our experience horrible. We booked 2 rooms but he tried to fool us by giving just one room with stinky and dirty washroom which had a really small room attached to it. It was definitely not big enough to accomodate 4 guests. When we requested to change our room he first denied the request and wasted another hour to finally agree. We kept waiting for the replacement which made our experience even worse. Also, there is no AC in reception and washrooms are not operational.

Overall Hotel is good and services are also as per money value. But this can be improved by looking after some minor concerns. The housekeeping services are very delay. The room cleaning is also a concern. a kind of smell remains inside clean rooms better they use some air fresheners. The call response are very delay even at reception or food restaurant. Although I like the services and courtesy given by Aman. He is prompt and attentive. Just improve some services and responses, rest all fine.

The hotel staff and management is great. Vety prompt service the breakfast by chef devender is really tasty and the variety is also large.
The staff always greets you and when I was not satisfied with the room they tried their best to cater to my requirements.
However the condition of the rooms and interior can be better. Its a old property and needs renovation. The manager told me that they are working on it.

We had a reception event on the 6th of February. The event was a total success, with everyone lauding the ambience, decor and especially the food. Handling the planning the event, I faced minimal issues to my surprise and whatever I faced, the team took personal care into resolving the same at the earliest.
Coming to personal note, I would really like to thank everyone at Mahagun Sarovar for the experience, especially Gaurav, Vikas Bhatt, Surendra, Chef Ravi, Ram, Lucky, Kapil. Special mention to the servers who personally took care of each guests and the security personnel for their sound management.
My sister's wedding reception was a day to remember. My hearty thanks to the Team for going beyond their duties to celebrate my father's birthday at 12AM as well.
