Horrible place to conduct any event , it was urgent to get the venue otherwise this venue is not worth paying what I paid and to stay in this hotel was one of my worst experience.No lift acess to 3rd floor , very inconvenient for elderly people. Complaints by guest in this hotels are ignored and they project as if we are at fault. For every single thing we had to ask. They don't have sense to do it on there own . Ankit was very helpful, iam glad atleast someone was thr to help. However our only point of contacts was supposed to be Gayatri whom we thought will manage everything BUT after the payment she vanished . Execution of all the plan was zero, too much mismanagement. Rooms were too smal and she gave those room for triple occupancy , iam not sure whr she was planning to put 3rd person... Fortunately I didn't get more guest as expected.They really need to work on their service. Guys if it's ur important day I would advise not to book this place or else u will be disappointed.Stay away stay happy. On the other hand food was amazing , everyone loved the food .…
