Great value for money. Lovely owners. Location is right on the trail for the Hadrian's Wall walk. No expense spared when they converted this barn. Looks a bit dodgy from outside but when you go in its lovely. Good self catering facilities too.

Yes, during the hiking season there is a space they allow people to set up tents. I went in March of 2017 and it was £7.50. Obviously that's a little early in the season, so the area they let people camp in had some animals... More
