Ziwa is a nice place and the ambience is also very natural. But they could do with a little improvement here and there like put microwave and cookers etc. All in all the experience was a good one though.

I was there with my friend from 20/02 to 5/3, it's very clean resort, friendly staff and well connected with city centre and taxy. Bar opened 24/7. We will be coming back again. Thank you all the staff.

Looking for something different from the usual beach resort, something with that's filled with character and superbly located on an Indian Ocean beachfront near a marine reserve filled with coral and tropical fish, then try the Ziwa Beach resort. This resort is small and intimate, the buildings are superbly hand crafted by local tradesmen using traditional methods from local timbers...

Their mango juice is to die for. The staff is very nice and the place is beautiful, with a great view on the beach but I just regret that, as I was alone, members of the staff kept asking me for my number. There is a different between being polite and want to make new friends. I politely declined but...

The staff is absolutely nice and we are very satisfied with the service & the food. We mostly appreciated the beautiful african style decorations of the resort, the privacy of the veranda, the closeness to the beach, the pool & the kitchen facing the ocean. Rooms are equiped with air conditionning and nets for the beds. We recommand without hesitation.

The place is unique , all in wood with a lot of potential . Too bad the maintenance is poor and needs to be refurbished in the outdoor areas , the water tanks for the rooms need to be cleaned because the sink water stinks, the cookware in the kitchen are old, dirty and rusty , in other words it...

Been here six times in as many years. The lack of tourism has contributed to a poorly managed facility. Understaffed and poorly paid/trained staff ultimately falls on the ultimate comfort of the vacationers. The beer fridge keeps beverages cool at best, often out of ice cubes. Carry your own bags to the room and no instruction or information is offered...

Spent one night at the place and was happy to meet a very friendly barman, late in the night. The rooms were good though not to my expectation. The beach is quite close by and easily accessible from the lodge. I did not have a chance to take any meal.

The rooms are so amazing and serene. The African touch on the rooms leaves one desiring to stay longer. Also, the natural trees in the garden is the best thing that one would wish to remember forever. ....FOR all that value culture, hush environment, beautiful tree species, then Ziwa Resort is the place to be!!!
