I went there to get a room for a week (on a business trip) and the reception simply told me it was not possible! Why?.....I was in shorts and open shoes! It's Mombasa...come on! With the heat and humidity, why would you restrict someone to putting on heavy clothing throughout their stay? So on that basis, I was turned away...

I stayed there for a business meeting with my friends, it was great! The food was awesome and the entertainment from the acrobats was incredible. It also very close to the road making it easy to reach at all times. We got a good deal as well as a group

The water is so salty you wonder whether they pump sea water direct to the bathrooms. The rooms are not fresh at all. The staff are friendly and try to help but the supervisor was...

The"barman"(please note that the hotel doesn't sell alcoholic drinks)declined to sell her water as he...

We visited the hotel in February 2014 when the tourism sector was at its lowest. There were very few guests and the hotel looked deserted. It's an affordable facility and has a lovely beach and beautiful sea view from the rooms. The rooms are good and service is above average. But the water in the taps is salty. It's a...

The view by the Indian Ocean Coast is beautiful with lots of activities going on by the locals. A walk along the coastal beach hotels, barefoot to the feeling of the sand, is another great way of sight seeing and viewing other hotels. The Milele Beach Hotel in Mombasa, however, wasn't up to expectation for the standard rooms as the...
