La Posada has become our second home. It is always such a treat to enjoy the fine accommodations and food at La Posada, the warm welcome you receive from the moment you connect with the management and staff. The ambience of the entire area will also fascinate you and draw you back. This trip, one of many, we saw even...

Suite was great. So quiet, spacious and elegant. Shower heads need work. Mattress seems old or maybe just antique to match the ambience? Would definitely return, so pleasant. Our daughter rode a pony in the square. We seemed to be the only tourists in town. Hot springs 30 min away were clean and lovely.

If you don't fall in love with La Posada you should possibly rethink going to Mexico. You feel you have stepped out all the current bedlam and into a better time. La Posada is beautiful. The ambience, the decor, their kitchen, the quiet and peacefulness of the setting all add up to memorable experience.

Fantastic Place & Town. The people, town, location and accommodation were perfect. This was a tour from Patagonia, Az. I really enjoyed our 2 nights here. We were in the heart of town. Taste Real Mexico.

This is a most Charming and colorful hotel right on the main historic square. The food was authentically good as was the tequila. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The place to stay in Banamichi.

Fantastic experience at the hotel. Very clean and the staff were very accommodating. I also enjoyed eating at the attached restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. Laundry service also exceeded expectations.

Always a long sigh of content in the colorful hacienda-turned-posada. Antiques, plants and flowers, colorful walls; kind and generous manager; cook willing to cater to individual pallets. Good place to buy Bacanora!

The hotel is nice, and the one meal we had in the restaurant was delicious. There's not too much to do in the town though, and the attractions are a bit hard to find. It may have been an even better experience in the summer. The bar upstairs wasn't open and I suspect that was because of the cold. The...

We are working on the water pressure. With a centuries old building in a small pueblito that has no city water pressure provided, we have to make our own pressure. We have installed a stronger 22 v pump and perhaps you will find it better next time. It is still below USA and European standards, the plumbing in Mexico simply...

We can't even start to express how nice the hotel and staff were to us. They would go out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect. We did not know what to expect, but never expected what we received.

Trip was a caravan trip getaway. Wonderful hotel, lots to see and do. Old churches, 1639, colonial buildings, old colonial towns still surviving and doing well. The town folks were very friendly, very safe. The Banamichi town square was meticulously clean, even mopped every morning! This was a great, very interesting hotel. A gem.
