We had a great stay at Leconfield House. The panoramic views over the region are sublime. The atmosphere is relaxed but elegant. Richard and Mark are great hosts. Transfers to and from the Rodriguez concert in the Leconfield minibus were such a bonus.

I loved that we were able to potter around and read books, or go to wine tastings and lunches (where we were chauffeured so didn't have to worry about driving), and were looked after with kindness. Richard is a wonderful chef, and nothing was too difficult. I am keen to return.

Use of the van made for a stress free weekend and would recommend this so that one can enjoy the delights of The Hunter Valley without any worries. It is worth trying to enjoy your morning cup of tea/coffee on the upstairs verandah to watch the view.

Stayed on the ground floor in a huge, comfortable room. iPads in each room and port and chocolates in the evening such nice touches! Breakfast on the 'grand verandah', with farmland views...
