As with the other reviews for this hotel, we found it to be a really lovely, welcoming experience. From our arrival to departure, service was impeccable and the food stunning. Breakfast was a buffet spread of hams, cheeses, jams, rolls, fruit, yoghurt, bacon, eggs... Loads of choice and enough to fill you up for the morning. After a day skiing...

What a pleasant surprise to be so impressed by this hotel. We booked as part of a package from Crystal and were really impressed when we arrived. our room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The owners couldn't do enough to accommodate us and our daughters. They offered us lots of flexibility around the meal times and...

I stayed in this hotel with my family and friends, 9 of us in total. The hotel staff are very friendly and very efficient. The owners are very friendly also. The facilities are very comfortable especially the restaurant and lounge area. The bedrooms are quaint and very traditional just what I love about Austria. The food is the most amazing...

I don't think I can really add anything to the other reviews that have been posted on here already other than to agree with them. The hotel is fantastic, great food, exceptional staff and in the great location of Galur. Really enjoyed tha afternoon snacks when we came back off the slopes but you have to take it easy so...

Stayed there half board on a ski trip. we had to pay extra as they only had rooms with a balcony left, but were glad we had it in the end, as the room was huge and had a nice view. The nightly 5 course dinner is both filling and has imaginatively made food, so no need to eat out....

As like many Austrian hotels food can be a bit rich...

Had an excellent stay here last week. We did not have a balcony but our room was very good. Wooden/tiled floor with beautiful wash/shower room. Modern fittings and walk in shower with waterfall fitting. Food, wonderful fine dinning, but a bit too much for me! Staff were excellent with a special mention to Robert... We could not fault the location....

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aplenhotel Tirol in Galtur. The food served at dinner was outstanding, different every night and served so efficiently by pleasant staff. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also good! The room was both spacious and clean, we had a bath, balcony and sofa area. The hotel also has a nice sauna / whirlpool area...
