This was NOT a favorite hotel for me or my friends. I did not even get a room with a nice view, as mentioned in other reviews. Sorrento is beautiful, but this hotel is truly far, far away from the "beauty." There is nothing around the hotel, so you must go into Sorrento by taxi or bus (which is easy)....

Nice Hotel but the staff are not very helpfull.You feel like everything is a chore. There is little, or no comunication, or help from the staff. We had to buy bus tickets to go into Sorrento from the local shops. We found out 2 days before we were due to fly home that the hotel sold these bus tickets. They...

Stayed here in June as part of a tour so I am unaware of what the cost was. I was unhappy with my stay here. While Sorrento was one of my favorite destinations on our tour, I was so uncomfortable at this hotel. I got little sleep due to the walls being thin enough to hear my neighbors morning alarm...

Stayed for 7 nights in the Panorama Palace in Sept 03. Firstly, it must be said that this hotel is one of the most affordable in the Sorrento region; it also has perhaps some of the best views. However, we found the hotel a bit out dated and the staff a bit brusque. Further, the hotel is a bit stranded...
