Andreas Wagner speaks faultless English. Built on steep hillside it has a lift externally and 2 internal lifts. The space outside is limited, so coaches drop off and pickup only. No views of the Rhine from any rooms only if you lean out of the front rooms and look right. No problems with food but could do with tea/coffee maker...

We visited this hotel for a xmas break. The hosts cannot do enough for you and are kind generous and treat you like family. I have a disability and was too ill to make it to dinner a few times and each time they offered to plate me food up to bring to the room and also offered to cook...

This hotel only suitable if you don't mind 40 steps up to reception. Very dated and a complete lack of staff, who don't react to any requests, Food very "plastic, with "No Choice" We stayed in what seemed like the old servants quarters, no carpet soulless room and not comfortable at all, our whole party of 40+ all have the...

I was in a group of 6 friends on a private holiday sightseeing in this beautiful part of Germany. If you are looking for a good, clean, friendly family owned and run hotel you won't be disappointed. The staff are polite and helpful, (more than 1 have worked there for over 10 years), the food was good and the rooms...

We stayed at this hotel on a 5 day trip to the Rhine Valley by Skills of Nottingham. The owners and staff are really nice, but the hotel is in serious need of upgrading. There is no air con in the rooms (bearing in mind it was 36 d whilst we were there), no fridge, no tea/coffee facilities and the...

We had a loverly time at this hotel. The staff were amazing. We arrived after midnight with our coach trip and they were all waiting with a big smile and a hot 3 course meal (which although eating at 1am was not ideal) was delicious and very welcome. Breakfast was continental but ample to eat even for the fussy eaters...
