When we first arrived, we were a bit surprised at the location and looks of the hotel. We booked a room based on Trip Advisor reviews and the published photographs. We certainly didn't recognize it from the photos. The building itself is just a yellow several story building on the main street. What a surprise we had when we walked...

When we arrived at Villa Tirreno, I panicked a bit as the hotel looked nothing like its picture on Trip Advisor. We arrived at the front door, while the picture is of the back of the building. That was my only concern during our five-day stay. From check-in to check-out we were delighted. The staff members were very gracious, friendly,...

Drove up from Rome to view the Etruscan tombs in Cerveteri and Tarquinia. Had to return to Rome the next day so wanted a hotel convenient to the route. Booked online and found the hotel easily. Front desk informed us our room was upgraded (good news) and we made arrangements to eat at the hotel restaurant when it opened for...

We found this hotel to be in an ideal location after our cruise as we awaited our friends to arrive on another cruise the next day. We didn't want to stay in Rome because we were picking them up in Civitavecchia so we wanted a place that was closer to the port. The hotel is modern and chic. Our room...

We stayed for 2 nights and I'll agree with the other reviewers and say that the staff here were very friendly and helpful but the location is quite strange. The hotel is situated on a main road with tall residential buildings boxing the hotel in. The general area seems to be quite run down - I don't know how to...

We flew into Rome late afternoon on a Friday. By the time we picked up our rental car and got on the autostrada it was after 7pm. I had seen the good reviews for this hotel so we decided to book it, as it is about an hour north of FCO. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Checkin was a...

This hotel is very private, modernized with the Tuscan flair, they are very hospitable, their little coffee bar is spectacular, their service is very accommodating---- the town is just charming, it is ancient and enchanting especially because we were not having to rush around an "see everything"--it was all right in front of us.... shops are perfect!-- the holiday decorations...

Enjoyed our stay here. This hotel (which is near the highway) looks nothing like the pictures, however the room was very large (we had family room on top floor), super clean, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent (full of locals on a midweek off-season) and very well priced. Close to, but not in, town, the...
