We spent a week in a quaint chalet , very well equipped, very well heated , very comfortable beds ,plenty of storage space . Pillows and covers are provided, they can provide you sheets and towels for an extra . We preferred to bring ours as we drove and had space in our car . The young team Beatrice ,...

We wanted to spend our Christmas in the mountains, so we chose le feclaz madame vacances. Friendly receptionists and nice swimming pool (except the floor was really dirty). Very convenient location, however the two floor Appartment is a real nightmare when we had the neighbors upstairs from the third day of our stay! We can hear people walking and the...

I went to France in December 2016 with my family. This was a very nice self serve chalet. The facilities were good. The reason why I didn't give five stars was because you need to pay for the TV and WiFi. The WiFi was quite slow. But everything else was great

Beware if you go they'll make you pay for everything as an extra. Extra for bedding, towels, tv... and an extra charge as soon as you arrive! The towels they make you pay for are only 1 towel per person, with no hand towels. So if you can bring your own! You pay for the bedding but have to do...

Pleasant chalet and friendly staff. Great location for many mountain walks and trails in the summer. Lovely swimming pool to enjoy for a relaxing afternoon. All made for an enjoyable holiday and experience.

We spent a week on here in the the first week of February 2016. Ourselves (a family of 3) and our friends (a family of 4) all in the top floor of Chalet 4B. Lovely little village of Chalets set in the tiny village of La Feclaz (so tiny, that local taxi drivers from Chambery (20Km away!) had to ask...

Just spent an amazing holiday here with my husband and two boys aged 10 and 12. You get exactly what is advertised and then some. No idea what some of the negative comments are about...perhaps more research before a holiday is needed! The chalet was great, no traditional oven, but I knew that in advance so no problem, I catered...

The Chalet we had was an 8 berth and enough space and storage and had a nice view over the resort. A long way up the mountain so get your supplies from supermarket before you check in first. Staff were very friendly but they charge €40 per week for linen and towels...bring your own. 2 weeks too long to stay...

We spent a week at Les Chalets du Berger and we had a great time. Nice pool for children though a little bit small for adults. Nice spot to visit Annecy and its lake, Chambery and Aix les Bains. People at reception and the resort are very freindly. Our 8 peple chalet had a nice view on the resort and...

Don't even think about staying here. We booked for two weeks and left after three days! It's like it was never finished being built and is far too crammed in. The chalets are generally a bit run down and have not been cared for. Everything apart from the rent is extra: sheets (which don't fit the duvets or pillows), tv...
