What an experience!!! Whenever you are going to Nambiti, this is the place to go! Very intimate experience (they take a max of 8 people), so staff is extremely friendly and know you by name. Food is out of this world and more than enough for even the hungriest of men out there. Game drives very early at morning and... More

By far one of the best breaks we have ever had. Everything from the time arrival to departure was exceptional - that includes the cheeky 'Piet-my-vrou' that enjoyed the sound of its own call. Our thanks to every member of staff for the experience.

Another outstanding visit to Elephant Rock, once again it did not disappoint. From the delicious food, comfortable accommodation, excellent staff service all around, to the wonderful and informative game drives, every moment is special. Highly recommended for a great time away. And it is easily accessible from Durban.

We enjoyed a lovely two night stay at Elephant Rock Lodge while on holiday in South Africa. We chose it because of the proximity to the Drakensberg where we spent most of our holiday and weren't disappointed. Our only regret is that we didn't spend another night there to just relax at the lodge and enjoy the beautiful pool and... More
