I booked the hotel based on reviews of the restaurant. Happily they were all surpassed. We were welcomed by the owner on arrival and made to feel very welcome despite our lack of Italian. Our room was great, sitting area downstairs and a mezzanine bedroom above but so large it felt like a room in its own right. It was...

We stayed here a couple of years ago, but I have only just found the hotel on the internet as we did not book online, just showed up on their doorstep. The owners gave us the best room, stunning exposed brick ceiling. We had dinner in the restaurant, which packed out and was very popular with the locals. The food...

we arrived early and our room was ready for us,just as we requested. from our arrival to our check out Federico couldn't have been more helpful. At the restaurant our dinner party for 20 was just fabulous. The food, the room, the service... Stayed here in 2013 and now again. Hopefully we will come back.

we were traveling in Piemonte recently and happened upon the restaurant at this residence hotel. The menu is contained in its variety but each choice gave the desired result. Good and friendly family service with moderate prices for the quality. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Dick A

A large group of approx 20, we booked 2 years in advance for a sorting event in 2013. Food was unbelievable, service & advice 2nd to none. We will be returning and using this as a base for cycling in northern Italy. Thank you Federico 10/10

When visiting the Turin area, we always stay at least one night at the Rezidenza del Lago. If my memory do not betray me, the first time I stayed must have been sometime between 1985 and 1990. I was lodged in with them during a business stay with a company in Turin, and I never forgot it! Even though they...

I stayed with my mother for two nights as part of a trip to the Torino area to research family history in Candia Canavese. We stumbled upon Residenza almost by accident -- I wasn't sure what accommodation would be available in such a small village, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time! Federico was a fantastic and knowledgeable host and went...

hidden in a small town north of Torino, an amazing family welcomes you in a very nice hotel. we had huge room with a fireplace all the way upstairs (no elevators), and had the best dinner ever. They are wine experts and will recommend you which is the best with your food. We highly recommend this place !

Very nice family run hotel with a restaurant that deserves a Michelin star. Rooms cosy warm and the perfect setup for a romantic weekend. Perfect service. We will be back soon for another perfect stay in beautiful surroundings in the Canavese just outside the city of Turin. Food and wine superb!

The town of Candia Canavese was a timely over-night stop on a road-trip from the Swiss Alps down to the French Riviera. The hotel rooms were spacious, tastefully furnished, and clean, and the arched brick ceilings gave them architectural character. The reception area was tired and seemingly disorganised but our reservations and payments were processed efficiently. The joy of our...
