We stayed for 3 nights with friends at the Paternoster Dunes Boutique Guesthouse. Definitely a place to come back. We stayed in the 3 rooms facing the sea. You experience stunning views while enjoying the excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staff and their service is excellent. An accomodation to come back.

Dune Ridge House has a lovely position overlooking Bek Bay. Paternoster has grown over the past few years, but the town retains its west coast feel and is well looked after with lots of nice restaurants and is becoming a gourmet destination.

Excellent location, excellent facilities lots of space in rooms and beautiful views at breakfast with a lounge with an honesty bar and coffee and cake will definitely recommend it to anyone. They made our supper bookings ahead of our arrival for us knowing that at night the restaurants are fully booked. They have a lovely spa on the premises as...

Had 11 days knocking around Capetown and finished in Paternoster on the advice of a native. 11 days is a bit short really and the agenda has been a bit hectic so we wanted a chilled, relaxing finish for a couple of days before heading back to Blighty. Paternoster is exactly what I'd imagined but the Dunes hotel far exceeded...

We had not been to the Western Cape before and chose Paternoster because it was recommended as a peaceful fishing village. The Dunes Guesthouse was definitely the right choice of accommodation. Our room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. The lovely pool with tranquil garden was relaxing while the dining/bar area upstairs was amazing! The attention to detail makes this place...

We had an excellent suite, Red Room, which gave us a lot of room for 2. Standard throughout was well above average and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and the dining area had a fabulous view of the beach. We also had an impromptu delicious crayfish supper one evening. There were at least 3 very good restaurants...

We stayed at Dunes Lodge on b&b basis. The lodge is not near the guesthouse, but close to it by walking: good position with excellent view. Good dimension, but poor quality at all even if it seems to be high by photos. Dirty walls, carpets, sofas and towels. Not good mattress. Good breakfast and warming staff. Overrated at all.

We love staying at the Dunes and Gavin and Natalie could not be more welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed, calming and friendly. The position over looking the beach is breathtaking and the attention to detail is perfect. Breakfasts are leisurely and amazing, Natalie is a fabulous cook. Gavin bakes a great cake too! Paternoster itself is small but...

We eloped with our parents and stayed st the self catering Dunes ridge 6 sleeper house. What a beautiful work of architecture. The interior design of the unit is welcoming and open and felt at home as soon as we walked in. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and holiday. We will be back soon! The staff were friendly and...
