Beautiful place, very elegant structure, welcoming swimming pool. Especially when it comes to the food, excellent quality of both the pizza and the meats, a good choice when it comes to the wines, the only note being some slightly rude waiters. I will definitely go back hoping to be served by another waiter.

Stayed at villa paolina for a week. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and superb value. The pool is a great size and the views are amazing but I would say to check that the pool is included in your room as we found out we had to may extra when we arrived but they were very fairly priced. I would defiantly recommend staying here and a great way to brush up on your Italian as the staffs English is basic. Thank you for a fabulous week villa Paolina :)

I don't understand the positive reviews, it was a total failure. Epochal wait. Lunch with friends, 7 adults and 3 children, we adults only had to wait an hour for the starter while the children suffered until 3pm for a simple hamburger and chips on the plate. One of the first courses and one of the second courses of fish returned to the kitchen intact, but no one bothered in the slightest to ascertain the cause. Disproportionate price for the quality of the food. What makes everything worse is the total carelessness of the owner, who simply shrugged his shoulders and said "well, what can I do"...

Very nice outdoor structure but through the door you enter one of those nightmarish structures... model television program.
Reception that leaves something to be desired... then comes the beauty you enter the rooms, dilapidated, cracks on the walls, double air conditioners in the room .. the curtain of the night brings with it terror... smashed mattresses, I got stuck and I could not get up... came down to reception at one in the morning, this was deserted, I entered the restaurant, the only flagship of the entire structure, the pizza maker contacted the Owner who changed room... from bad to worse...
The next day the Owner did not even bother to come and apologize for what happened or to repair minimally the damage caused, according to him changing a room, knowing that these are all the same has relieved him of a responsibility... we packed our bags and left... but listen listen listen they also wanted money for the difference, since I had given a deposit... I think that before improvising you have to be able to provide a service .. and invest some money .. I highly recommend this "Resort" if I had to give a rating well less than 100...

For travellers to Italy who venture beyond Naples towards southern Italy they would be encouraged to visit the spa town of Contursi terme. This is a typical Italian town with the town square being the meeting point for the locals.
A year ago we visited Contursi and stayed in the Villa Paolina hotel about 2 miles from the centre of town. This year we were in Contursi for a wedding which to our surprise was to be staged at this hotel.
What a difference a year makes!! Last year the hotel was OK this year it was nothing less than excellent.
The service was superb, the accommodation brilliant and as for the wedding it was better than you would experience in a top UK hotel.
One of the features of the hotel is a large deck level pool with spectacular view over the mountains.
We stayed 3 weeks in the hotel and can genuinely say we could it. The value for money was also exceptional.
This is a hotel that has developed over the past year and deserves a visit for the UK travellers

we were in Italy for the weekend only visiting family. The location of the hotel for us was brilliant as we were only five minutes away from family. The area though is quite remote but has some spectacular views. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing and very reasonably priced. The service was was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. we would definitely return to this hotel.

I went to the Villa Paolina my first year in Italy and it was one of the best travel experiences of my life. I would 100% stay there again! I also had my 'Sweet 16' there and i could not have imagined it any other way. It was the best night of my life and the staff helped me every step along the way, I have even gotten to know the staff on a first name bases. This is one of the best out there!

Beautiful views, extremely comfortable room and sunloungers etc. We stayed as a couple with an elderly mother (in the adjacent room), and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were given lots of advice on what to do locally, where to go etc and were well looked after. The food was excellent and good value for money. Mum was born and raised locally and upon realisation the team put us in touch with historic photo's etc which was so thoughtful. We really enjoyed it here.
