The SPA is quite well looked after but the KNEIPP path needs to be fixed, as do the door handles of the Turkish bath and the entrance to the swimming pool. All the rooms are clean, the space is private and surrounded by greenery and we also met some discreet professionals for the massage. We come back every now and then, for a short but relaxing escape from the stress of the city.

After a period of stress we thought of the spa to relax and we chose this structure which turned out to be an oasis amidst the storms of life...
Regenerating thermal waters, a fresh and spotless bedroom with a very comfortable bathroom and then a top-notch restaurant. The beer shank that the very nice chef prepared for us was excellent and the first courses were exceptional. I highly recommend it for the cleanliness and attention of all the staff, from the lady at the reception and the courtesy of the cleaning ladies who responded to my request to change my bathrobe with a nice smile.

We liked the stay in general, but there are many things that need to be changed. First of all, the welcome, contrary to what everyone says, wasn't great for us. I had booked the spa for the day following our arrival, in the morning, but as soon as I arrived I was informed that it had been moved to the same afternoon (2 hours after our arrival) because the spa is closed in the morning and I should have known. But where was it written? I made the reservation for the spa by phone, so they should have told me or notified me of the change. But let's leave it aside because the spa was beautiful anyway, so much so that we went back because of how good it was. For the rest, at the reception they were friendly but it depended on who was there, because they often preferred the more "aged" customers compared to us who were kids.
I have nothing to say about the swimming pool, it's very nice even if the water is quite cold, and the lifeguard is also very committed to his job. It requires a lot of maintenance, though... Everything rusty especially in the indoor pool. Furthermore, the hotel does not provide bathrobes or towels like other facilities.
The rooms were very clean and spartan, but the fixtures and hanging electricity wires make it clear that here too there is a need for renovation. Let's get to the best part: the restaurant. We did a full board, so we tried everything. The wonderful staff, friendly and helpful, the abundant dishes. They even proposed an encore!
All in all, therefore, I would probably go back, but only because the restaurant and pool staff made everything better. And above all because the spa was top: small but beautiful and with all the necessary services.

I call the structure to ask for information, the extremely advantageous price (10 € admission + 2 € the headset with deckchair included) leads us to go to the hotel. I also inquire about lunch and they tell us that it would have been possible to book the restaurant or have lunch at the diner. Once we arrive we notice that it is very crowded, but we still decide to enter. We are welcomed by a super smiling girl who charges us. Entering the structure of the outdoor pools we wander confused in search of an umbrella and choose one. Here comes the lifeguard who angry - to actually give him some reason - sings to us saying that we could not arbitrarily choose where to stand. I reply in a tone, certainly more polite than the lifeguard, that no one had assigned us the umbrella and that no one had guided us, but that we could safely move. Still in an unhelpful way he tells us no, so insisted to avoid problems of being able to move apologizing for the inconvenience, reiterating that no one had told us anything at the entrance. After this mishap the lifeguard digs up and leaves. A little mortified by the mistake we decide to go for a bath. We enter the water and... the water is cold. These spas are practically not spas... Once lunch we go to the diner which is practically empty, the only dishes already booked; we take 2 beers and a pack of chips for 10,50€.

We returned to this facility after a year, given the positive experience, but it wasn't, we arrived at the facility after booking by telephone, and at the reception they told us that the thermal pools were closed, no one had told us by phone this thing
Sore point are the rooms, old and spartan but up to this point you can be satisfied but for the bathrooms something absolutely needs to be done, shower full of mold
The next day we had booked the spa, the strong point of this structure, but even here we were disappointed, what was supposed to be a welcoming place to spend a couple of hours in total relaxation was an exaggerated bin, cold environment, the water of the cold hydromassage pool, broken emotional shower, we pointed out this thing that the environment was cold and the water was cold, they told us that they would resolve the matter, but this was not the case, moral of the story, the the next day everyone cooled down
Positive note, the restaurant

We have been coming back here for ten years because we feel at home. Very welcoming staff and then there is the possibility of being able to bring your own dog because the owner loves animals. We relax a lot and also eat very well. We will be back very soon.

I don't think I've ever slept on such an uncomfortable bed in my life, my back hurt for two days, hard as stone.
You can't charge €180 a night and make me sleep on that mattress, come on!
For the rest, the strictly 80s hotel is very clean, the spa is very nice and I ate very well, both the chef and the girls in the dining room were excellent!
But I definitely won't return because I care about my back.

They gave us a spa + massage package, it was the first time at the Cappetta spa. An afternoon of full relaxation, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and finally a fantastic massage, Elena and Emanuela truly exceptional and very discreet. To be redone, perfect for those looking for a truly relaxing and beneficial bit of relaxation. We will be back

Excellent cuisine.
We enjoyed Easter Monday lunch, plenty of food and excellent flavours. All really good, the flavors I was looking for. The tranquility of the location, what you look for when escaping from the city. Definitely coming back.

+1
We opted for the Relax afternoon package with overnight stay, dinner and breakfast. Nice path with emotional showers, sauna and swimming pool. 20 minutes of excellent massage. The dinner proposed by the chef was excellent. I would recommend any splash guard for the shower.
