We went last weekend looking for a quiet place near Verona (one evening we had tickets for the opera) but which also allowed other activities.
The owner welcomed us with all the attention and was very kind and always available for all our requests, as well as giving us good advice on local stops and places.
We traveled by motorbike and were able to park in the garage (which has a timetable); However, there is the possibility of parking on site, both for cars and motorbikes, and the area is under video surveillance (great!).
The room was very large and welcoming, clean and with a balcony; good and plentiful breakfast with homemade cake.
The location is also strategic: the town is very close to the lake (10 minutes), the parks in the area (Gardaland, Caneva 10 km) and also convenient for Verona (20 minutes); The tour of the Pre-Alps and the Translessinia is also suggestive.

The quad room we booked was comfortable but the view through the windows were an eyesore.
The room was of a decent size but with a bit of upkeeping such as a carpet change as they were ordinary ones and the bathroom fittings were a bit worn-out. This was the most expensive rooms for our holidays and believe that it might be a bit overrated. Thumping noise of guest residing on upper level could be heard. The front-office personnel gave an impression that they were hired to deliver a minimal of service.
By the way, two females having a casual conversation ignoring your guests were leaving your hotel did not leave a positive experience.
On a favourable side, the Cuban staff, Angel at the bar and the other one, we did not retain his name, doing our room were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast set-up area was perfectly well-executed ensuring a fluid traffic flow, avoiding guests from bumping into each other. Food and beverages in terms of quality and variety were more than expected. A nice external set-up for those liking to enjoy the outside terrace area.
The mature lady who seemed to be a person of few words perspired a high degree of professionalism and a work well-done. We could not fault any of them in that area as the buffet was constantly replinished.

Excellent welcome in this small family-run hotel, the owners are very kind, the room very clean with a small balcony full of flowers, the breakfast good with a "real" American coffee. The location is excellent, away from traffic but still very close to all the attractions in the area. We loved the covered parking!

For the quality / price ratio I do not recommend it. I want to point out , staff at breakfast and rooms very nice. The super-minimal breakfast with (apart from bacon and eggs) nothing homemade. Double bed with two single mattresses sinking inside for an inadequate bed base.

Modern, spotlessly clean hotel, equipped with every comfort, spacious rooms, huge shower, balcony with wonderful views. Strategic position to quickly reach the amusement parks. Breakfast with attention to detail and abundant, for all tastes and with homemade desserts and pancakes. Very kind staff available to satisfy every request. The owner Elisa is friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended

An almost family-run hotel. Very professional and welcoming staff, attentive to the needs of customers. Really exceptional location.
The kitchen is not really the strong point. Breakfast average. The rooms are fairly spacious.

Hotel with good value for money. Very kind staff. Quality of breakfast absolutely good, both sweet and savory. Perhaps the quality of the mattresses to check.,. But that's too subjective to judge. Definitely recommended!

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for 4 nights when I visited the Lake. This is a lovely family run hotel and they made our experience of our visit to Bardolino even better. Rooms were spotlessly clean with comfy beds and good showers. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a lot of choice. This is mainly continental but the lady does cook egg & bacon as well. The hotel is well situated to all the main roads if you are visiting other areas of the lake. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the lake or Bardolino, however I would advise to definitely rent a car if you are staying here as it’s not walking distance to Bardolino and public transport isn’t available. The hotel has a free car park so 100% rent a car.

Nice family run hotel. Convenient for touring round Lake Garda. Bars and restaurants with in walking distance but a car is a must for getting out and about proper to fully appreciate the area. Clean and very well equipped and our stay included breakfast which was first class.
Spoken English was not a strong point but they tried and this was all part of the holiday fun.

Found Hotel because of a highway sign before we entered the town. It was clean and the staff did try to speak some English. We could communicate using German. However, we did not find the breakfast to be anything special and after staying did see other places that we may have preferred. We will look for other lodging if in the area again.
