An unexpectedly wonderful stay in Ermelo during March, friendly and efficient staff, spacious rooms and sparkling clean. I struggled to connect to the wifi, but other than that it was an ideal place to stay for our business trip.

Did not enjoy my stay at all. Place was filthy, dust on the furniture and filthy basin. Looks like it has not been properly cleaned for months. Customer service was poor. Was not even welcomed or given any information about meal options etc. Never coming back here.

We arrived at the hotel on Wednesday and got to the room with only 1 set of towels for a sharing room. When we closed the curtian we found the previous guests underwear underneath the curtian. The shower was horrible as you either had scortching hot or freezing cold water. The best or worst part is when we came back from the day out there were no towels in the room. But the part that got me was that there are phones in the room to call room service but it is disconnected. You have to phone them from your cell phone. When the waiter arrives the first thing she asks you is where is my tip. This was my first time in Ermelo and will never return to this hotel.

After a disastrous start in ermelo having booked at another guest house nearby which we left .. so bad I forfeited the payment just to go. We drove in to see if the ermelo inn could help us (family of 5... 3 kids) the reception lady made a brilliant plan with two adjoining rooms both with two double beds.... what a winner.. price was reasonable and we were very happy to have somewhere peaceful to crash after the long drive and longer day. Next time we came through we will defintely be back and I would recommend the ermelo inn.

This place is still in the dark ages. 4 sleeper room and they only give you 1 towel not even willing to accommodate. I'm a seasoned traveller and am disgusted at the sevice I received from Steven at reception. Will never stay here again.

I arrived at the hotel on the 17th July 2017, the check in was easy. I arrived in the room, went into the bathroom there was a cockroach, which is really disgusting, decided not to make much of it. Went to switch on the aircon, mind you it was a very cold night. It didn't respond at all, the temp is on 30 but there was nothing coming out. I went to have dinner, very limited choices to choose from with very will taste, it was the same with the breakfast too. On my way from dinner I indicated at reception that the aircon has a problem, I needed to get something from the car when I returned I told the lady I'm back she said she's coming. 20 mins later I was still waiting then I called she came through. She tried to do something it still didn't work, she called in someone who came also to try it still didn't work. After what took almost 20-30mins of them trying they decided to move me to another room. I appreciated that and the fact that the guy actually offered to carry my bags, noticibg the inconvenience caused. Arrival at the other room took another 20mins to get the aircon working. It worked in the end but the inconvenience was way too much. I will never again stay in that place I'd rather go to a guest house than staying in that hotel. There's a lot that needs to be done.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel but wasn't impressed about couple of issues for my two nights stay, WIFI in 323 is very poor an the breakfast was bad for two morning I ate there but the hotel looks clean and the room I was allocated was clean and nice with the sunset and pool view side. I felt like they offering old food for breakfast, I ddn't enjoy their meal and the dessert was disappointing especially the yoghurt tasted sour in my mouth, and the WIFI is good outside and poor inside the hotel, it keeps on asking for password and keep on saying wrong password after typing it more than a couple of times.
