We booked a room in the hotel for 2 nights. It was really shabby and grubby, and in need of a major refurb, but the beds were clean, although our double was in fact two singles pushed together with separate duvets! We had requested a ground floor or disabled room if available. What we got was a second floor room,... More

Nice clean apartment. Kitchen area a little small but perfectly acceptable. Lovely pool indoor and outdoor. Volley ball court tennis court pétanque restaurant on site. Super views. About 1.5 miles to supermarket and 2 miles to lake. Nice location - would go back. Your experience would be better if you have a car as only a couple of restaurants within... More

Family of four, two kids under ten on a self catering fortnight. We loved this setting with incredible views of the lake and mountains. Stayed in one of the more modern buildings and it was fine for our needs. Enough room to eat in (on the balcony or big table inside). Small hob and a microwave oven/grill, no dishwasher. Very... This hotel is spread across 10 or 15 different buildings on a site of a few acres, that is set on a steep hillside overlooking Lake Annecy and surrounding mountains. The reviews on Tripadvisor vary a lot because the hotel rooms in the old buildings seem to be of poor quality but the apartments in the newer buildings seem to... More

I guess there is very little to say other than the place need a major updating to current needs of travelers. If it was a private home it is understandable but being run as a business to welcome paying guests, I think a major upgrade is needed. Breakfast? Pls get some decent coffee! Not from a machine!

This choice was excellent; great facilities, lovely alpine atmosphere and close to the beautiful Lake Annecy.Whilst the rooms need updating, they were cosy and the beds comfortable. It was a slight disadvantage to have to go into the foyer for wi-fi and also there is no air conditioning, just fans. However, being quite high and often with changeable weather, this... More

We stayed here with family taking two of the apartments in the complex. The apartments have spacious living areas and adequate kitchen/dining space as well as a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with two hobs, a coffee filter, toaster, kettle and a variety of utensils, ample for self-catering and better than some places we have stayed previously. The rooms... More

Our 3-night stay was exactly as expected and advertised after carefully reading the previous reviews and the hotel website. Rooms in the older building are clean and tidy with updated flooring but paper thin walls and some decor reminiscent of earlier decades. The service team was consistently attentive and helpful to our many requests, not mattering our lack of French,... More

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful two nights at this resort. We rented a two-bedroom apartment and were given one in a very new building. Very spacious, and they were able to fit a twin bed in with the double bed in one of the bedrooms, so our three daughters could stay in one bedroom. Beds were comfortable, and... More
