Great location, wonderful views, cheerful service, terrible food. The chips appeared to be last night's reheats, fish over cooked and dry, Cajun chicken like shoe leather. It's a good pub style menu with lots of choice, shame no one in the kitchen appears to know what they're doing.

Went here with a group of family for a birthday meal food was tasty and served quickly. Staff went out there way to play happy birthday through the speakers and brought the cake out. Good customer service would return again.

Had another great meal at the Duck Bay Marina. The steaks are cooked to perfection and staff are at the most attentive. As we live in Australia we haven't been there since 2006, the restaurant looks great after the renovations. The view is amazing.

Good pub food. Overpriced, however the setting makes up for it to some degree. Kids menu appears frozen/microwaved. Visiting the Highlands and certainly the best journey break. Efficient, friendly service.

My partner and I visited for dinner on Friday 23rd December 2016. The restaurant is lovely inside, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, beautiful views and most importantly delicious food! We visited last year for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it so we were looking forward to going back. PS A huge congratulations to the couple that got engaged that night...

Popped in for a quick lunch en route to out lodge at the Carrick. Nice festive feel in the restaurant with homely atmosphere. Food potions are huge and good value. Decent pub style grub. Would I go again? Sure!

We have stopped here before before tackling the road into the highlands, which always gets better after you have left Loch Lomond behind, either at Tarbet or (further up) on the way to Crianlarich. They have now replaced the shop with a coffee bar, to reduce pressure on the restaurant, and it is a good place for a coffee and...

Hotel is in a fantastic location right on the Loch. Breakfast was good, as was dinner. Ask for a room facing the Loch (hotel staff were most displeased when I said Lake). Rooms are fairly basic, but nice. Would stay again!
