Poor room maintenance.. dirty bedding.. washroom stank like sewer.. staff were rude and untrained but they charge like they are seven star hotel.. They charged rs.60 for a 1 lt of bottle. They charged Rs.240 for a omelet of 2 eggs and they charged rs. 200 for 2 pieces of paratha. Pathetic!! Bas lootne k liye baithe hai.

A wonderful hotel and location for driving in and visiting Joshimath Auli. The staff were very professional, friendly and courteous during our stay plus the room was spotlessly clean and spacious with good amenities. Delicious & Tasty food with good hospitality of Mr Amit Ji (G.M ). Nice experience

Don’t expect the service and food to be good at all if you are visiting this hotel. Staff and owner are rude and not supportive at all. Service is really slow. Food is also pathetic. I mean who serves daal chawal in a dinner buffet on a new year day 😒 . Highly not recommended.

Best winter trip The views from the Sapphire Hotel are breathtaking, the rooms are very impressive and we highly recommend a stay at the Sapphire Joshimath Hotel for visitors to Auli. Overall staying here was great.
