With just five (5) deluxe beach bungalows clustered in a native village atmosphere, these units all offer the laid back and unique feeling of visiting the South Seas of the 1940's. All units front on a wide, white sand beach where the tropical lagoon in front is a national maritime protected area -- and, thus, allows endless snorkeling adventures. All bungalows are separate, free standing, Polynesian designed units. All have coconut thatch roofs, bamboo interior walls, colorful cloth on the ceiling and white sand at each bungalow entry. All are furnished with modern amenities. The property strives to offer the maximum BEACH fun with a 'spirit of the islands'. Nothing here is stuffy, snobby, stainless steel -- just a great secluded location for couples to enjoy the BEACH.

We spent a week at the RBB traveling from LAX on the Air New Zealand weekly flight. Everything about the resort was spectacular! We stayed in one of the three beachfront bungalows and spent each morning enjoying breakfast on our lanai mesmerized by the view of the lagoon and wa

The Beach Bungalows were a perfect mix of quiet comfortable accommodations, small personalized service and great location! There are only 5 bungalows with 3 beachfront (one of which we had) and 2 set back; each were identical and private. The bedroom is the only room with AC and

The stay was great, we picked the beach front bungalow and had no complaints, a car included for 3 days with our package was great too. Having stayed at another place in Raro previously, I would highly recommend RBB and would stay there again.

Are we able to do laundry on site?
Is this an adults only resort? Thank you! Looking to book for June 2018
Hi Kimberly! No, this is a family friendly place to vacation. Family owned, bungalows are very spacious and clean, and the staff (all three of them) are so friendly and helpful. Have a great time!

Hi, the link to questions on your website is down. can you fix it so I can ask several questions via email? Thanks
Hi kcov, for some reasons your questions went to me (a traveler who wrote review about them), not Rarotonga Beach Bungalows staff. I suggest you contact them again at their website: "rarotongabeachbungalows" , then click "Contact Us". Tripadvisor won't let me answer by including direct link so I had to spell out like above.

A group of us have booked to come to RBB the first week of December. The last time we came was on our honeymoon 23 years ago in the month of July. The weather was fabulous then, should we be concerned that it will be rainy the entire time we are in Raratonga during the first week of December?
That period of the year begins that traditional rainy season in this part of the world. However nothing is predictable in the weather patterns anywhere in the world with the new changing conditions everywhere. We are presently experiencing a colder than normal winter--but who knows in December--could be great and could be rainy--just don't know anymore. Come and enjoy the Cooks--they are great in any weather.

Saw you were at the RB bungalows in December. We are heading the first week of December what type of weather should we expect? Any possibility of a typhoon during this period.
