Greenspaces Serviced Villa is situated amidst cardamom plantation, about 10 km away from Munnar Town. This cottage is constructed with eco friendly materials, without disturbing the natural terrain. The rooms are theme designed, earthy colored with well-crafted wooden floors and ceilings. Greenspaces has a full time caretaker who takes care of all basic requirements and prepares excellent homemade food with warm hospitality.This land, where we have created this lovely cottage, is also home to a very interesting and accommodating flora and fauna and yes, we have deprived them of a bit of their territory and a lot of their privacy to create Greenspaces for you. We have taken great care not to disturb them. The insects and birds still dwell around. We have known them from the day we arrived here to create this dwelling.

It was a spur-of-the-moment trip to Munnar for a weekend picnic. The season had arrived, and the rates had been raised. Greenspaces was recommended to us by a friend of my sister. They advertised a luxurious cabin for a reasonable fee. However, as we drove closer the property from Munnar town, we began to doubt our decision. It was taking longer than intended, and the road in front of us was widening! We were even more apprehensive when we arrived because the welcome was not typical of a resort and we had arrived at a resorts complex, means the whole compound was shared by many small resorts. We were given the keys to our room and directed to the upper floor. On the upper floor, we were given one cabin. The atmosphere and feel of the location are distinct. The personnel was courteous and non-intrusive. We were so relived to see the room ready with even the extra bed we had requested for. This is more of an antique-style retreat than a luxury hotel. The environment was hygienic and clean and spacious. Food was available if you pre-ordered it, and it was delicious. Hot water was available throughout the day. Wi-Fi was available and it was needed as the cellular network was bad. It had a TV with cable connection. My family and I had a wonderful time there. Thanks for the staff and the owner. I'd like to make a few suggestions they might thing about adding. It would be ideal if they could provide a kettle or a water filter in the room.( They did provide us with drinking water, and we had our on water bottles, but still as there are no shops near by and then we don't have to approach staff repeatedly) The wooden floor of the cabin requires maintenance at some places. It would also be helpful if the information on how to contact the personnel, such as the phone number to call, were posted someplace in the room. It was occasionally difficult to contact the workers because the office was empty. They did, however, reside on the property and answered their cell phones in a courteous and timely manner. It would also be wonderful if the staff were aware of outdoor activities and sight-seeing opportunities so that they could assist visitors like us. Overall, they are a good choice because they are dependable, non-intrusive, and attentive to your demands. The location provides a pleasant ambiance and a distinct feel. It was a great stay.. the resort being situated inside the forest has an amazing ambience. Rooms are big n spacious with wooden architecture. The staff there is very good n well behaved . The stay includes complimentary breakfast and dinner and the food was also very nice.

It was actually a pleasant trip for me and my family. We enjoyed the beauty of nature at the fullest. Been never to such a place before. Green everywhere!what else we need in this busy life. Just some good air and peace. I guarantee you green space will be the finest option if you are looking for a quiet calm and not so luxurious space. You will love every bit of it. The greenery around you, the freshness of plants and flowers, the chirping sound of birds and squirrels, the wooden floor's sound in that cozy room- in all the sense its a complete green package. Go for it if you are looking for a genuine nature friendly space.

We made special memories and really had a great time.beyond the relaxing and natural atmosphere, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service provided.Georgous cardmom estate ,tea estates , natural flora and fauna wooden build floor comfortable bed were beyond expectations. Added to this the small visitors like the gaint squirrels and chirping birds gave warm welcome.it is far from the madding crowd and resort itself provide good environment to hang out...we look forward to returning..

The property doesn't live up to the cost we pay. The roads to the property is pathetic and getting in and out of this place is a nightmare. The rooms looked aged and not maintained properly. We booked for 3 nights and had to check-out the next day. They just have 4 or 5 rooms and lacks modernity. Food quality was very good - the only five star of Green space. Rest all very average. overall : Stay away from this property.

Firstly the about the roads,if anyone goes through our reviews definitely come to know that roads to our property is bad and steppy ,we can't help it out because it PWD roads. Secondly actually we can tell this in our website that we are only for nature lovers and people wanting to live closer to nature.People expecting fine decor and comfort might not like this place. Because pure wood decor and rustic walls age by time.And not ware off.Do you want me to reply this. If one wants to enjoy nature's lap and have absolute peace then this is the place to stay. The property are in lap of dense vegetation. One can hear variety of birds chirping all the time. The road to the place is slightly rough (last 10 km) but that will be the case for most resorts in India that are located in nature's lap. The room (luxury rooms on 1st floor) has a balcony where one can laze around in lounge chairs. The balcony has chairs and table to have dinner/lunch/breakfast. The hospitality by the staff (Abhilash and Paul) was very good and they attended to our needs very well. One can expect home cooked food which tastes well (has touch of south Indian flavour). I will definitely recommend to anyone and will look to come again here.
