Throughout our holiday in Italy, everyone was friendly, except at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally unpleasant. We have never come across such a bad attitude in an Italian hotel. Front desk staff were the worst - cold and unhelpful at best, openly sniggering at tourists at worst. How very unprofessional. They should remember that some of us speak Italian...

Dear Guest, we are astonished about your negative and aggressive comments about or staff, especially because we tried to do our best to satisfy your requests. One among others: the room you stayed in is one of the most requested one, and the “exercise bike” is a brand-new Tpis Roulant by Technogym (guests can wake up and training in the...

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel last month. It's a beautiful hotel with alot of character and past. Excellent service and emineties!! Breakfast was slightly disappointing with just a few people serving. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

This beautiful hotel, spa and restaurant is one of the best we have enjoyed in Italy. It has it all. Luxury, style, history, beauty and all modern facilities (including a funky bar area) all set in a beautiful and surprisingly peaceful setting (given its proximity to the airport). We stayed in a junior suite, which was spacious with lovely linens...

A pleasant 2 night stay at Hotel Veronesi La Torre last June 2016. A very well kept hotel outside the city. Good size rooms with LCD TV, small ref, daily complementary 2 bottles of water and ample toiletries. The breakfast is sumptuous.

We stayed three nights as part of a tour. The pictures on the website do not match the real experience. The pool is tiny and you just wear a swim cap. The decor is oddly contemporary with a Bike museum (?), quite unexpected from a former convent. The pro: room was very large and good wifi everywhere. The lounge area...

We booked and checked in same day following a terrible hotel experience at Hotel Milano. The décor is contemporary within a refurbished monastery. The room a junior suite was spacious with 2 balconies and a retractable awning, grounds are spacious and the lawns manicured to perfection which matched the service provided. Excellent spa on the -1 level with swimming pool,...

Stayed here for a few nights during a European road trip. We were heading for Lake Garda and as we wanted to visit Verona and Venice, thought we'd. Reduce some of the travelling by staying here. The hotel, grounds and rooms are stunning and set in a quiet location - perfect after a day sightseeing. Rooms fitted to a high...

The hotel is very recent and in perfect conditions, it sports one of the best lawns I have ever seen outside the UK. Modern, functional, interesting rooms and suites and excellent fitness/pool/spa facilities. So close to Verona Airport, though totally quiet, it is just a short drive to central Verona (definitely worth visiting, one of the most attractive cities in...
