Driving in the winter darkness, looking for a beacon of light. What a pleasant surprise!! It was lovely to be in the Italian countryside with its authenticity, peaceful surroundings, abundance and la dolce vita, at Regio Tratturo. To appreciate the ancient traditions, their most delicious meals made of simple ingredients yet tasting so fine, so pure and divine... As we...

Our weekend stay at Regio Tratturo was a highlight of our three week trip to Italy. The host family was extremely gracious and generous. Although they did not speak much English they made a point of having English speaking friends come by and talk with us. They also arranged for someone to give us a walking tour of Greci when...

The food is top notch and abundant. Prices are very reasonable. Loved it. The location is very quite and if you want to go site seeing you need to drive...

While visiting family we were invited to a gathering at Agraturismo Regio Tratturo. Beautiful place. Right on the farm. Food was delicious, authentic regional cooking. So fresh. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Multiple courses one more delicous than the last. Walked about the grounds observing the chickens, peacocks, cows, sheep, etc., the vegetables, and even their own aviary. They offer...

I loved my all to brief stay at Regio Tratturo in Irpinia. The farm was amazing and the proprietors were generous with their time in showing me the plants and animals. Breakfast and lunch were both sensational and filled with homemade, thoughtfully prepared local food (most ingredietns from the grounds!). the room was comfortable with a lovely view of the...

We stay there for one night at our cycling-tour through Italy. It was a very familiar atmosphere and we felt us like at home. Also the traditional, organic, self-made food was perfect. So thank you for the very kind stay! Best regards from Axel & Stephan

We visited Regio Tratturo as part of our road trip Puglia-Rome. What a great place! The family is kind: we got coffee with home-made cookies and fresh figs at our arrival. It was really nice to walk around the farm to see all different kinds of animals and vegetables. We were very lucky because they just had 8 little puppies!...

We had the most amazing stay at Regio Tratturo. I agree with the other poster that it is worth going out of your way to experience. I could have stayed a week here. It was pretty much the Italy of my dreams. A rustic farm in a beautiful location surrounded by hills covered with farms and dotted with villages, a...

Regio Tratturo is worth going out of your way to experience. It is on a working farm run by a delightful family. The location is beautiful, the hospitality is wonderful, and the food is amazing. All fresh, cheeses, vegetables, desserts all made right there. The whole family will go out of their way to give you the best possible experience....

I stayed for one night with my boyfriend & came back a month later for 10 more days by myself.. This was truly the highlight of my year spent in Italy!! The family is so sweet and hospitable and welcomed me as part of the family. During my stay there, they taught me some recipes and showed me around the...
