At our glass-roofed cafe that immerses you in Nature, relish Indian and continental delicacies made to order. And to spend lazy afternoons playing games, working, or reading, resort to the vibrant common room equipped with both workstations and indoor games. Marked by ample space, common areas that bring you close to the mountains, and colourful fruit orchards all around, the Home invites you for a leisurely, nature-bound escape. And when you step out, short and easy hikes lead you to colonial houses with British architecture, culturally rich villages, and leisurely experiences like nature walks and birdwatching.
1. The property is great but the property manager, Mr. Chetan doesn't know how to manage the vibe of the property. A group of 3-4 guests played cheap and loud music in the common area straight for 2 hours. It disturbed other guests a lot and we complained also to the manager but nothing happened.
It disturbed the serenity of the place. Ramgarh is supposed to be an offbeat and calm destination but this cheapskate mistake of property manager ruined the experience for 1 night.
2. There are no tea, coffee, or milk sachets in the rooms. There is a kettle though. So in case you are an early riser and want to enjoy a cup of tea amidst the green hills, please carry your own tea coffee kits.
3. There is a guy named Rahul who is in charge of room service. He is an amazing guy! He really uplifts the service levels and provides superb support with everything at property.

Though named as Zostel homes, I would still not recommend it for a Family. The views and the rooms were good and exactly as shown in the image.
There are strict timings for food.
Food is average and needs improvement. Plus they don't cover the food while bringing it to your room. Nothing nearby as Nainital is 30km , so you have to eat in there.
No phones in room to give order or call someone , you have to call from your phone to a person.
The Wifi and TV provided in the room were excellent.
In my opinion, a good place for couples and friends. Would not recommend families.
