The property is so amazing staff is superb Food is so Dam tasty. My every request was handled and fulfilled very thoughtfully.
It was my anniversary and these people surprised me with an amazing brownie. I visited with my 2 year old daughter and it was worth staying at the Ramgarh seclude willows. Must visit place..

I had visited Seclude Willows, Ramgarh from 22nd Jan to 24th Jan and had the privilege to be the first guest at the newly developed resort. Was planned to stay at Cliff Edge but was upgraded to a Choice if my Room at the property and cannot define my experience.
Taking about the Rooms , each one is special in its own way, which they have named after flowers and take my word every one of them is beautiful decorated.
I choose Birds Paradise and it was pure bliss. They view , the set up , and very comfortable.
The resort is amazing placed with a spectacular view of the valley at Ramgarh. All the rooms have a view to valley with a something special in itself From Cherry Blossom to Honeybutter Cup.
Met Sahil, the manager of the property and he was really generous and made sure our stay was the best it could be . Riya the interior designer of the property was too present there and make my word she has done a amazing work.
The chef made one of best food I have ever had , from the home style cocked chicken to the simplest of dal tadka and the mouth watering barbecue mushrooms, everything was finger licking good. And not to forget the Cookies and pastry 🤤.
You got to book your stay there and relax your brains and just sink in the beautiful place 😍

I visited Seclude Ramgarh Willow between 29th Jan and 2nd Feb 23, with my wife.
Property is located appropriately far from the hustle bustle. If you are looking for a peaceful stay without the hustle of market or mall road, chose Seclude. Not only it is a peaceful property but also a very well built resort with each cottage built with taste.
Staff at Seclude is polite, professional and sincere. You will get everything on time. I would like to specially mention Udit here. He is very polite, hard working and sincere professional at seclude. He had solutions for almost everything we asked for. And he used to bring yummy food, beverages and other eateries always on time. Entire staff always maintained smile on there face and made sure that guests will be comfortable.
Thankyou very much Seclude Willow staff for such lovely hospitality.

Bad Experience. We made the booking with Krishna, he was very rigid about everything. While booking I was promised all three meals and special food for my baby and he wanted complete payment in advance but when we reached there the manager krishna was not there. The location of the property is like you have to rely on them for food and it was not provided as promised we had to plead them to at least provide baby food on time and the quality of the food was average and they could not handle 70% occupancy also. On checkout we were shocked to see that they had charged us more for food even after taking an all meals package as they said its apart from what we give in all meals package.(I didn't understand there reason) They charged us for barbecue also even when they could not give it to us as it was raining. They said they gave us tandoor food and the same shall be charged.
All in all they are very money minded and just know how to charge more from the customer who is stuck there and cannot go anywhere nearby for alternatives.
Think twice before going here..

First of all the location is great but you can’t take a minibus there as the roads are too narrow.
Visited with 20 pax and had to park a km before the resort and had to walk., though got support from the resort to shift the heavy luggage.
The property itself is fresh but service was poor. The staff is untrained , the housekeeping is average. Don’t expect any resort like conveniences. There is nothing to do except a small room called library with some books and indoor games.
The quality of food was great but again the service was poor. One person handling the food service for 20 was irritating. Also don’t go for any barbecue it meant that food will come out of Tandoor in the kitchen 😀
The property manager was nice and helpful though we gave him a tough time..But I would point to the ownership to decide what they are selling to the guests, if they want them to revisit or recommend to friends and family.
Overall and average experience with the money spent equivalent to a decent resort in Bhimtal, Nainital or Mukteshwar
Don’t get influenced by the Instagram posts which unfortunately I did.

One of the worst experiences. The property is beautiful but the problem is in the top management. I had a word with Krishna while booking. I booked the room with all meals and high tea still they over charged for the food; tea was served after 7pm as the kitchen is closed from 3-6pm which was not informed. Don't get in the trap of going to seclude's other property, that's even worse, bad food and no view!! Traveling is all about experience and not being rigid on everything.
In all I won't suggest anyone to go.

A resort with its own little park front of the willow! Secluded offers quite the great experience to its guests with sprawling premises and a very quiet getaway. The rooms are large and offer lovely views of the green all around, and the restaurants serve up gorgeous fares. The one point I must emphasise is the customer service levels - rarely have I found such helpful and accommodating staff as we did in this one...not only is every request acted on, it is remembered by the rest of the staff across the hotel as well! Sheer bliss.

Beautiful property and very secluded. The food is actually to die for. Deepak did an amazing job of taking care for us. He was always available on call and provided us a great service. He listened to all our demands and fulfilled all of them. The entire staff is very sweet. The chef bhaiya was also very generous with our demands and made finger licking good food. The rooms were quite spacious and pretty.

Seclude is one of those properties wherein you can lose yourself completely and spend days with no remorse. I ended up visiting twice in 2 weeks time. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the property be it location, rooms, views, food and the best part is the staff. The property is very well managed and serves scrumptious meals and has its own bakery as well. Go there to unwind.

We stayed at the Seclude by willow. Awesome location. The local setting is beautiful. A lovely view of the valley and sunsets. There is a lot of quiet and hardly any hustle bustle even during the day. One could walk around in peace.
The place is also about an hour away by car from the other attractions of Mukteshwar and Bhimtal.
The staff is extremely courteous. We had all staff help us during the day at the Scelude by willow. We had a best full board home made meal prepared by kitchen staff .
They also ensure we get both the rooms in the same villa as requested at the time of booking. Rooms were big equipped with all the amenities. Loved the experience.
