Four of us visited Seclude Arthouse in the month of June for 3 nights and we had a lovely experience. From the time of booking until the end, the staff and team was very very helpful from arranging the epass to the directions to any other custom needs. Special shoutout to our caretaker Shekhar who was extremely helpful and went out of the way to arrange things for us. The rooms were spacious, well designed and clean. The only scope of improvement can be the food, which was slightly overpriced and not upto the mark in terms of taste. Overall we had a great time and was perfect if you’re looking for a private homestay experience.

This was undoubtedly the loveliest location I have stayed at anytime I have taken a trip. We were a group of three staying at Seclude Arthouse for almost five days and everything about it from the location, to the food, and most importantly the staff was beyond amazing. The property is extremely beautiful overlooking gorgeous mountains and every sunrise and sunset you catch will be memorable. The look and feel of the place is very vibrant and a great mix of classic and modern. The rooms are great and you also have access to the living area, the dining area as well as the kitchen. The food from the Seclude menu genuinely left us floored with every meal we had. From chinese, to pasta, pizza and even parathey the menu was diverse and delicious. The staff was also extremely skilled and helpful and worked very hard to accommodate any requests we had. Shekhar especially made sure that we had the best stay possible.
This was my first trip since the pandemic and I could not have chosen a better place to enjoy this trip. Highly recommended to anyone looking a lovely getaway in the mountains!

Visited seclude Arthouse with 3 friends. It’s a two bedroom with a hall and a kitchen. And balcony with lovely view. There are 3 caretakers-Shekhar, rakesh, Santosh! They will do everything to make your stay most comfortable!! Always there to cater to your needs with the sweetest smile! Also Shekhar makes the best maggii everrrr!!!! Food is decent. We specifically asked for bhuna chicken was very good. Breakfast is complementary and they give hearty portions. Only cons about the property is that it needs a little renovation. It’s a nicely done house but little old. Even though it’s very clean and comfortable. But the hospitality kind of covers up for this! It’s located in a serene location. So incase anyone is looking for a peaceful location to stay with homestyle cooked meals then u should definitely give it a try! Don’t forget to try their yumm maggii😁

I usually never write bad reviews, as I think most places have many positives in their favour. We are still at the property while I write this.
Unfortunately we haven't had a good experience at all. The reviews here mention two caretakers for this cottage but here there is 1 guy apparently for three properties (as per him)
Postives - peaceful, comfortable house and great food.
Negatives - 1) THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET MEALS. I can't even begin to explain how ridiculous every meal has been when the food comes three hours after ordering. No joke. Even when informed hours ago. This is very difficult and we have a two year old child, I will never be able to recommend this place to anyone because of this. The caretaker doesn't pick up the phone and when he does says the food will come in five minutes. Comes after 2 hours from then. 2) i think it is basic that when you're booking is for 7 people there should be enough towels and not standard 4 towels. Asked for more about six times, didn't get. 3) Mosquito coils are a very very basic requirement. Especially when nearest shops etc are far, these basic things should ideally be given.

Arthouse: The location is calm and secluded. The property is neat and clean with a good overlooking view of the mountains: from bay window in the bedrooms and common balcony.
Sahil, at the Corporate Office, was very patient and helpful. A separate shout out to him for being so efficient.
Improvements: switches don’t work well, wifi was down throughout and atleast maggi and beverages need to be cooked on-site (they are brought from a nearby location).
Service: Service is imp at such home stay locations. Shekhar and Rakesh are helpful and available. Rakesh is very congenial and deserves praise. But service needs to be improved. The cook never met us and cooked from a nearby location. They were very inflexible with simple home food requests (highlight of other seclude properly stays). The food was brought in tiffins and had to be reheated which didn’t work well with maggi and beverages. The food was below average.
Property: well located and clean but needs an upgrade. Simple things are in order but a little sprucing up is required; specially if it’s labeled as Arthouse.
Worked well in pandemic times as could book entire place for a stay with less people. Definitely a plus. Otherwise, other seclude properties offer more.

We had gone with an intention to eat, sleep and chill. This place ticked all the right boxes. If someone is looking for a break with nothing to do but just breathe fresh air, feast on good local food with non stop flow of coffee. This is a place to be. We loved it. 🥰

Absolutely lovely place, like a serene hideout amidst nature. Beautiful mountain view, trillions of birds. Extremely well managed. The management was very professional yet friendly. Right from the time of booking they were syncing with us to guide the way, help on epass and all our requirements. The place was neat and clean, very cute and cozy. Staff Shekhar, Santosh, Deepak and super friendly manager Nadeem made our stay very comfortable and tailormade. Food by chef Omi was very home like and yummy. Do have their barbeque, kumaoni food, pizza and maggi. We are definitely visiting again.

Seclude Arthouse provided the perfect escape from the monotonous working life. With amazing views from every corner, this little home away from home exceeded all my expectations. A special shout out to the wonderful hospitality provided the the main caretaker of the property - Shekhar! I will never forget the amazing omelette and maggi made by him :) The food was impeccable and the menu included almost all cuisines. Highly recommend the property! Perfect for either doing a work from vacation or just having a good time with family and friends!

SECLUDE ARTHOUSE is a horrible property to stay in. Its equivalentto OYO worth 1k/ room night. Broken furniture, dirty laundry, torn seats, cheapest fixtures in washroom. We decided to leave as soon as we saw its condition. ECLUDE charged us more than 15000 per night. We intend to file a claim back. They are not responding to any message.
