The room was totally renovated. I could not believe it that was so well organised. All day i was on the water park with my small cousins and playing on the water. My little cousins were so happy. It exists also a children's restaurant. amazing if you have a family you will feel like home.

We stayed here for one week in august. We was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We was 2 children and 3 adults in a 3-room apartement. This place was perfect for us with many pools, bars, cleanliness and friendly staff. Close to good resturants, shops and the beach.

We are spending 14 days at wonderful Crete. Our base is at Iolida village in Agia Marina where there is super service, nice and clean rooms and lots of activities for the children. As guest you have free access to Iolida Splash where there is several water slides suitable for both small and older children (and their parents of course!)....

Very nice pool area and super water park. Enough sunbeds around the pools which is rare! Rooms were ok and the cleaning was good and friendly. A real double bed was missing though which wasn't nice. The service was sometimes very friendly and sometimes quite an opposite depending of whom you talked to. Breakfast was really good and there was...

There is no such double bed here! Wifi was weak and so the internet connection. The bathroom facilities were old, water from the drawer was coming weakly. There were not enough facilities in the room: dryer, ironer, or slipper. Service was good. I think this hotel can only be rated 3 stars.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in june 2014. We were 13 people travelling together and we checked in to 4 rooms in total. The outside areas are quite good. The pools are diversified and offer something for all ages. The large slides proved very fun for the whole family. The rooms however, are below average. The main problem is...

This hotel is great for the whole family. The location is perfect. 500 meters from the beach, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Platanias square. The areas in the hotel are great. They have two pools by the snack/drink bar and this year they opened a waterpark in the back of the hotel - 100% succesfully. So...

Iolida Village is a short walk away from a nice beach and the restaurants, pubs and clubs from livelier Platanias but it is not a four star hotel as rated on TUI/Finnmatkat, rather a two star hotel. We stayed as a young couple in Iolida Village on the ground floor in a studio apartment which was very basic, bare and...
