As many people write, this is the only decent place in Lindi you can stay on business. I think they are the only place that provides a wifi. The rooms are spacious, good aircon, bathrooms have hot water, VISA is accepted, they fumigate the rooms every day so it's insect free (Tanzania is full of insects...). They offer laundry services, has a bar and restaurant (with a bit of western food selection). The price is around 120,000 Tsh per night so is expensive in the area but considering it's the only place I could stay, it's worth the money. The only downside is that the rooms have literally no sound proof mechanism, so you can hear the loud bar music raging until midnight. The volume is so loud and so audible from your room it's astounding. If you have trouble sleeping, I would really recommend you not staying. Most of the staff are friendly and the reception understands english well. If I were to be in Lindi again, I would definitely only stay here. I would recommend turning the music volume down at the bar at least on weekdays. 。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Having been in the area before and frankly dreaded coming back, not because of the work but the lodging and food options I was pleasantly surprised how good this hotel was. Rooms were clean and comfortable bathroom not fancy but clean and food options were enough to fine something to eat each of three nights for a person with a limited pallet. Place was well maintained so If I ever come back again for business I would have no problem staying here again.

This is the best place I have found to eat in Lindi especially if you wantto eat food other than Tanzanian and the food prices are reasonable and the portions are large.I have eaten here many times. If you want to stay the night, it is best to avoid the weekends because they play loud music very late, but it is peaceful during the week. Even if you eat in the evening during the weekend, the noise level is high. The rooms are nice and large.Beds in some rooms are harder than others. It is expensive for this area, but still less than what you would pay in US. Safe place for your car.

I have been here a number of times and normally leave saying that I will not return, but inevitably do, as there are few alternatives, in Lindi where one can entertain guests. When eating, the service is positively glacial, though normally friendly. The food will take a minimum of an hour to reach you after ordering and up to two on a bad day. If there are more than two people in your party there is a better than good chance that some of the meals will be cold. There is also a very good chance that you will not get what you ordered as has happened to me on a number of occasions. When the food comes, the quality is variable, sometimes good, sometimes appalling. This is not because there is one chef better than another, just the luck of the draw. Sorry that this all sounds negative. On the up-side they have a nice pool... though I have not tried it....
