They built the hotel but forgot that there is an entry required for the hotel from the main road. Cars have a nightmare navigating the extremely narrow road to the main gate of the hotel. So, if you have a big car - you are going to have a lot of problems. Without the security guards helping out, one is really stuck Since it is a new construction, the rooms are good and clean, and is the only reason for a 3-star review. Has a good view of the Ganges, but none of the rooms or even the sitting area have any sunlight, so always chilly. Maybe in summer it is ok. Immature management which has no experience in handling guests or has any control on day-to-day activities, very average food, with the inhouse restaurant offering very limited choices. Junior staff is helpful though. They point to a trek outside the hotel to reach Ganges, which is a joke, going through a filthy area. Not worth the cost of the rooms or a place where you want to go back.…

This place is spectacular in every way. The rooms, the views, the food, the cafe, the customer service, and overall vibe. There’s also an epic yoga Shala, an amazing restaurant next door, and you are in the heart of it all. Highly recommend it and I will for sure be back!

Spent 2 days in this property recently and here is my review. Room (New) - 4 Room (Old cottage) - 3 Food (Breakfast) - 4 Food (Dinner buffet) - 3 Restaurant service - 3 (Had to remind multiple times to serve items missing from the buffet) Hospitality - 2 (Security guard was kind enough, rest people were less interested in us) Location - 4 (View is good. Approach is not that great but security guard was kind enough to assist us everytime we had to take car out)

We had been planning a trip to Rishikesh and gladly chose this beautiful property over looking the majestic Ganga emerging from the mighty Himalayas . Each room has a balcony where one can sit and relax enjoying the breeze and sights of the Ganga flowing The USP of the property has to be the caring Owner couple Seema and Vivek Nanda who give individual attention toeach guests making them feel so special and their lovely Friendly Pet dogs especially Bella . The rooms are well Appointed and have all the bells and whistles expected from a decent property The breakfast and the meals are enjoyable and the weekend live music adds to the atmosphere Being located at Tapovan this place is away from the crowded city area and gives easy access to nearby cafés and for the nature lovers -they can trek to the scenic secret waterfalls at tapovan amd also do the patna waterfall trek where one can also see and capture some great birds which was a attraction especially for the birders like us . Hire a two wheeler if possible and roam around soaking in the unique vibe of this lovely place . We went to the Beatle’s ashram and enjoyed it and attended the Ganga Arti at Parmarth ghat. We did not do river rafting but took a speed boat ride in the Ganga from the laxmi jhula area We also took a spa and it was nice and can be recommended to relax the tired muscles and joints They have a lovely deck where one can relax and enjoy reading kindle and meditate with Mother Nature . Overall a memorable experience and would love to be back again soon .…

Beautiful hotel with amazing views, helpful service and delicious food. Rishikesh is magical and the community in this hotel is magical as well. I would definitely come back, it feels like home. This is the place to stay if you are looking to relax and enjoy Rishikesh.
