The hotel is nice. Located in a small town near a small lake, the hotel is modern inside. For the good things: rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The beds are amazingly confortable. All needed amenities in the room are available. The spa area is really enjoyable. Nice swimming pool with great lounge area. For the not so good things:...

Had a one night stay due to a meeting in the nearby city of Nordhausen where there are no good hotels. This hotel is in a lovely little town an is popular for the spa services it provides. We did not partake of any but it is clean & modern a combination of an older section with beautiful period architecture...

My husband and I accompanied another couple who selected this hotel for a week's holiday in Bad Sachsa. This hotel met our high expectation of a Best Western hotel. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The bedrooms were of a high standard, very spacious with a dressing area, a sitting area with TV and a large en suite...

I stayed on Saturday night in June and typically there was an marriage party. The restaurant only served disappointing buffet (no a la carte), and a loud sound of the party continued till late at night, having made me awake. Unlike the most hotels in the U.S. or Japan, the most hotels in Germany have no early check-out system. More...

The room we stayed at was very clean and the parking was fine. The room we had was very peaceful and made even better with the balcony available. The staff spoke the languages advertised and were pleasant. They represented the brand well. The negative aspects were the breakfast buffet. With 2 hours before the finish of breakfast lots of items...

Stayed there two nights. This hotel is clean, easy to find, within a short walk of the center of this quaint town. The breakfast buffet was very good, but could have benefitted from a custom egg station. We stayed in the new part, and despite the advertising, the rooms are NOT air conditioned. The first night we had trouble sleeping...

Used the Best Western i Bad Sachsa for a short stay on my way around the Harz area. I can only recommend the place. Friendly reception/check in, and a good room with free coffea/tea, water and fruit. Fine service in the restaurant, and only a short walk to the center of Bad Sachsa.

I spent one night in this Best Western. The facility looks very typical from the outside and welcomes you with a cosy lobby. Room was large and comfortable (internet connection was quite slow though). Restaurant quality did not excel, even if the menu was broad. Overall recommended, considering that offers also a spa
