Food and the services offered by the staff was good. It was an effort by the entire team . it was amazing experience. Room was always cleaned to our satisfaction , services by the room service team was good and one best part is all of the staff shown good behaviour which is the best part of this property specially. i would certainly recommend it. Thanks for everything you do to make traveller stay comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room category was Cottage which is on the lowest floor. The view of the mountains is superb.
Food - Since there was a larger group of JAIN we were served JAIN food (some items) on day 1 which was corrected on day 2. Food spread was good & tasty. The staff was very co-operative & welcoming.
Room - The rooms very cleaned but needs more attention especially towards the celling's where you can easily spot the spiderwebs.

What I liked - very helpful, polite staff, prompt service, excellent food, very comfortable rooms, superbly clean and well maintained washrooms. The rooms have large window panes and one can enjoy the gr8 Himalayas from there. The property has very maintained gardens and a huge terrace. Hats off to the Neeraj and Shivam who take care of the property. Advice to the owner - you sure have a great team who firmly believe in customer satisfaction. Keep it up.

Our stay at Sunita Himalayan paradise was an excellent break of this winter. The morning view and sounds of the wind and river by the side was splendid. The Himalayan range was always at our eye sight The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The best part was the friendly nature of Mr. Shubham who guided us to have a stay at their chain hotels at Kausani and Almora and Jim Corbett. That added best memories to our trip.

We stayed here for 2 nights from 29 to 30 Apr 2022. We hired one of the 4 cottages which have excellent amenities. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and wholesome. The hotel served us delayed breakfast in the room at 0230PM on our return from Pinakeshwar Mahadev Temple. The restaurant has very good ambience and very courteous waiters. The Restaurant manager is an extremely positive person. Overall it was a memorable stay.

I recently visited the property along with my family and friends. The SHP, Kausani offers best view of Himalaya ( if the sky is clear) along with modern amenities. Wonderful atmosphere around the hotel and very comfortable and modern interior give you feeling that you would to capture in your camera. The staff is very cordial and helpful, particularly I would personally appreciate Mr. Neeral Negi (GM, SHP Kausani) who personally helped to sort out our queries and even took pain to return an articlle through courier that i forgot there. Dining is very good, meal is very nice and average spicy. It was really non forgetable experience we had there. I would love to come back and stay with them.

The experience of staying here has been amazing... The kind of service, quality and taste of food is excellent. The cherry on top is breathtaking Himalayan views it provides owing to perfect location.

I stayed here on the 13th of December when Kausani witnessed the season's first snowfall. The room was spacious and clean. Toilets were clean too but there was not enough space on the wash basin slab for the toilet kit. A little more space for toiletries is required. Food was nice and service was good. The view from the hotel is just ultimate. One important thing about Kausani for Alcohol lovers. There is no wine shop in Kausani so do not forget to carry your quota.

Awesome Property, Beautiful Himalaya view, Nice place, beautiful people. Heart Warming welcome, great hospitality. They really know very well how to make a guest happy. All staff like Front Office , Room Service, Restaurant are excellent. Really enjoyed the stay. To conclude, we have been in most of the properties all over the country but this was one of of the most enjoyable/ hospitable stay.
