Amidst all the chaos in ncr, my quest to spend some quality time with nature in a safe and looked after environment was more than taken care of at Buransh. The lovely orchards, , the clean air, hide n seek weather, the mountain view rooms and the everyday not to miss story scripted by the cirrus clouds was stuff dreams are made of , perhaps. To top it The Buransh has the most warm hosts mr and ms kapoor. Mr Threesh kapoor is the lifeline of Buransh personally inspecting every little detail one can think of , from food to travel itinerary of his guests. One feels looked after well. A celebrated photographer , an experienced banker and a farmer by choice topping it up with his charm as a hotelier. A must visit , my go to jakranda place, the Buransh at Kausani.
Amid so much chaos and lockdown in Delhi NCR due to sudden spike in Covid cases in April, my search for a remote, isolated, safer yet comfortable place in the hills landed me at The Buransh Kausani. A close friend recommended it who knew the owner Threesh Kapoor. My family of four stayed at The Buransh for 1 month and 7 days. It was one of the best time I spent with my family and nature in a very comfortable and safe environment. The location is awesome, well connected yet nestled between forests, orchard, animals, fields and overlooking majestic Himalayas. The full glass windows in the bedrooms offer an outstanding view of wide and clear range of Himalayan peaks making every morning refreshing and delightful. This place offers one of the best views of Uttarakhand Himalayas. Rooms and facilities are grand, modern, comfortable and well maintained. The WiFi and 4G connectivity is good for work and online stuff. The company of owner Threesh Kapoor and Mrs Kapoor made our stay all the more enjoyable and homely. Threesh Kapoor is one of the greatest photographers of Uttarakhand Himalayas and one can enjoy huge collection of his photographs all over the resort. Threesh Kapoor is also active in modern agricultural initiatives that is helping many farmers and locals to grow quality cash crops using latest agricultural techniques including financial support from government bodies and CSR activities. Despite very difficult period for hospitality sector, The Buransh has kept its name and service for nature loving visitors. The food was fresh, homely and vegetables mostly inhouse and organic. The service staff was very nice, efficient and helpful. The caretaker Ganesh became my local guide for all my evening nature walks and trekking trips. The helper Narri doubled as my caddy as I tried to drive golf balls from a green patch to the slopes downhill. The Buransh is full of fruit trees like Apple, Peach, Apricot, Strawberry, Plum, Kafal, Kiwi etc. Variety of Birds, flowers, step farming, tea gardens, villages surrounding this place are a real retreat for any nature lover. There are umpteen options for trekking and nature walks. One can even indulge in gardening or working in fields with village folks. There is well stocked library for book lovers along with many indoor games like pool table, TT, yoga room, carrom etc. I strongly recommend The Buransh at Kausani for people who are looking for a comfortable stay amidst natural environment and peaceful surroundings.…
We were on a road trip in uttarkhand and the buransh was suggested by the front office staff at Sterling nainital. We did not read reviews but was confident that it's worth by the way we were told about the place. It's amazing, is short of what we want to express. Mr Threesh Kapoor and Mrs Anita Kapoor are superb hosts . While leaving the place we felt a lump in our throat. Miss you Mrs Kapoor and on your suggestion chaukori and patal bhubneswar were great. Food , service , staff, room, view are commonplace but fond memories and relationships are a treasure for a life time. Thank you Mr Threesh Kapoor for the invitation to your sideshow on himalayan landscape. It was an experience of a life time. Thank you Mr Ganesh for your service.

Wonderful place, nice location, warm hospitality of Mr. And Mrs. Kapoor. The place is full of scenic beauty with developing fruit orchards. The staff is extremely helpful and always at welcome. Felt like home away from home.
