We stayed 2 nights in January’23. The hotel is situated at a quiet place at the very next side of the main road. While the entry is through ground levels, the receptions and rooms are situated beneath the ground level. We were allotted a room to the reception lobby end one and our room no was 101.Our room was spacious and maintained neatly and provided with king size bed, TV, Wardrobe, Sofa etc. The room had a balcony with wonderful snow-clad mountain peak view, washroom was cleanly maintained too and provided with necessary toiletries. We book this hotel directly and our dinner and breakfast were including. Our dinner and breakfast provided on ala-carte basis, the foods were awesome in taste, and everyone must try. The staffs were courteous and responsive. Overall, it was a great stay at Kausani and fully recommended this hotel. If we go again will stay at this hotel only.

Stayed 2 nights in June’22. The hotel is situated at a quiet place at the side of main raod. While the entry is through ground levels, the receptions and rooms are situated beneath the ground level. We were allotted a room next to the Reception and Restaurant. The room was spacious and maintained neatly and provided with king size bed, TV, Wardrobe, Sofa etc. The room had a balcony with nice valley view, we were told that snow clad peaks can be viewed from the balcony on a clear day. Washroom was cleanly maintained too and provided with necessary toiletries. We had buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotel, while the foods were tasty however buffet spreads were somewhat limited. They also provided non-veg dishes in dinner separately. The staffs were courteous and responsive. Overall a comfortable stay at Kausani.

Been to Pratiksha so many times but I thought of writing after so many visits to this heavenly place. Rooms are very spacious, clean , hygiene and maintaining all Covid protocols & sanitizing rooms very deeply. Food is really yum and kumoni raita & North indian food is really yum prepared in less oil. As my husband is in night shift and we were doing staycation here , when GM of the property got to know he is night shift he started sending Tea for him in night so that he can work comfortably and should not feel sleepy.
There hospitality is just amazing❤.. Do visit Pratiksha you will definitely get Warm welcome and have diffrent experience and this place will become your favourite too..

We stayed at Pratiksha Himalayan Retreat only for a night, during our multi-destination tour of Uttarakhand. We reached there in the afternoon, when it started drizzling. But inside, the room was warm and full of comfort, which is an extremely important factor to enjoy the visit to a place that sees extreme cold weather. It was particularly a relief for us, as we reached there just after experiencing an uncomfortable stay in Nainital for 3 days. The weather was crystal clear in the next morning, and the mountain view that we enjoyed is beyond any description. Unforgettable. This hotel is an ideal place to watch the mountain show. Food was very nice. People are courteous. What else could we expect? If I visit Kausani again, I will prefer staying here again.

This was an amazing experience with the pratiksha retreat.I stayed there 2 nights Honestly the crew who were working there take care of our needs and comforts especially the core of the management Mr Virender Singh Mehra was very supportive and jolly person. So overall I'll give 10 out of 10 star to all the services from the start to the end.. One do visit kausani and do stay at pratiksha retreat..

We visited Kausani with 4 family members in Sep 21 and stayed in this property. This is one of the property where you have a very good view of Himalayan range from you room bed/ balcony. We really enjoyed the food specially breakfast in the morning. You can opt for top floor in case you need good wi fi connection. Overall it was a good exp.

We stayed for 2nights at the retreat. It was a wonderful experience and our manager Bhupal Bisht, took great care of all our needs. I would give this place a 10/10 for the comfort, food and the hospitality. I certainly recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a carefree stay with the view of the himalayas.

Excellent hotel with great experience. View of majestic himalsyas and trishul parvat from room balcony and rooftop was just speechless. Good food, great service, in room heater facility and wooden flooring were excellent. Extremely spacious rooms and clean bathroom. Free wifi.
Staffs are extremely courteous and are very helpful. Hotel has recreation room with table tennis, carrom board and chess just in case anyone wants to lay low for the day and spend time in hotel admiring the snowy mountains.
Vipin ji (hotel staff) was extremely helpful in ensuring our stay was plrasant experience. Thank you for all the help.

It was my fourth visit to Pratiksha retreat which is always my favourite relaxing place.
I always found the staff very cheerful and love to attend guests with warmth. The dish * PAHADI SIKAAR* ( Hill Goat meat) has awesome taste at this place. I eat very much here whenever I come to Pratiksha.
Cleanliness in Rooms, washroom always found high class. Beautiful scenario from bedroom.
