Poor maintenance in room. Despite our request, complaint was not resolved. Wash basin was totally jam which was not usable. Shower was also not working in condition. No plumber was deployed in the hotel. Normal employee of the hotel tried to resolve the problem even during late night but could not do want of skill.

Our most amazing stay on our 12 day trip to Uttarakhand was in Kausani and the only reason was Sun n Snow hotel. We chose this property to see Himalays Snow Peaks but sadly wildfire in jungle made visibility poor but still we had lot of fun here. Property location is perfect, its quiet, warm and welcoming. Rooms were little small but common areas and garden was quite spacious and full of flowers and greens which we all loved. Amenities were well taken care and ambience was very good. The most awesome part of this property are people, very warm, very welcoming and always ready to help. Special mention is Shivraj ji who should be in a 7 star hotel, always smiling and helping out in different ways. We wanted to drink chai in open areas and all other hotels said no because of monkeys but Shivraj ji said you guys enjoy your tea and I will stand here with big stick and take care of monkeys. Now that's a service oriented approach. We stayed here for 3 nights and when we visit Kausani again in future we will book Sun n snow again for sure. Totally happy so 5 stars to them.…

The hotel is a nice property gives you al old heritage feeling and is located away from noise. The location and rooms are awesome.the staff is prompt.the food Is mind blowing and super yummy.the staff can go to any extent to keep you satisfied and happy. The himalayan peak view from rooms and terrace is to die for. There crispy veg is to die for. Overall an amazing experience.

property location is very good. exterior n interiors are good. but the maintenance is very badly affected. leisure hotels management needs to look into the matter urgently. hygiene n cleanliness is very compromised. too much of bulky furniture in the rooms. bathroom did not have a shower. the nets on the windows were torn with big holes which lead to insects entering the room in the evening. a big put off. were scheduled to stay for 2 nights but left after one night stay

The property is at the edge of a forested slope, hence very uncrowded. Food is great. Its very clean and has an old fashioned charm about it. staff are very helpful and sweet. very close to the stargate observatory, so easy to go for a stra gazing experience. Sunny and cosy.

This hotel is exactly like the name "INN". The interiors are exactly what you will expect at an INN. But the property is nestled on slopes of hills which offer panoramic view of Mighty Himalayas. Room has a beautiful sit out by window which is tough to get up from. We stayed here for 1 night. And we saw how clouds ascend and descend on opposite hills/slopes. The mix of cottony clouds covered the slopes entire evening when we reached. It was only the next morning that we could witness the majestic site when clouds moved and we saw that a 300 degree view of SNOW means. Inn is located at the end of road and military zone starts after that. The service is exceptional. With overnight rain, the temperature can drop rather quickly. Very close to Gandhi ashram. And a nice walk away from town centre.…

If one visits Kausani then this is the hotel one should stay in. Magnificent view from each room One can view the mesmerizing Sunrise directly from their rooms. Good food. Leisure Hotel chain- has to be good. Centrally located- near to the Gandhi Ashram, Star gaze, market. Not to mention the exceptional service esp by Uncle Shivraj. Always at your service with a smile. Haulted here as road closes here. Ordered tea, sat in open area with bodygourd waiter Monkey created trouble.. thats why. Just went through the lobby, porch. But it seemed good. Maintained. Parking not an issue. Eco trail nearby for natues retreat.

This is a good hotel from all perspective. It has good view with wide park towards the valley front. The food was amazing with live dosa being made for breakfast. They have a small garden area where we enjoyed the bonfire. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Only missing thing was a market nearby but in that hill station, it was ok to live with. There were monkeys on the trees nearby so take care of kids and belongings.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel and staff quite good. It has a great view of the valley from the room and room are spacious. The afternoon is quite warm in June and Fan may not be perfect but ok. There is no AC in the rooms and not much needed anyway. They have a good lawn and sitting area on the ground floor. It is a quiet place and last resort on the road.
